Hear me out, everyone hates their job at some point i get it, but
1. Why go do something else as we walk up (we can see what she is doing, acting crazy) when youve been sitting on your phone by a heater for the 5 minutes we were checking out?
2. The portions werent subway standard and correct me if im wrong but dont they always cut the footlong in half?
3. Dont take off my rewards that basically cut the bill in half. She rerang up the ticket 43 seconds after the rewards (which we handed the money for) and charged 30 rather than 15.
We questioned on why she did that, and she says, “i didnt tell you to put your rewards in.”
She told us to take the dollar bill and go. No the ticket was half that we need more money. Stuck her hand up at us and said dont come back. Nope give us all our money and keep the sandwhiches. Btw, the one who owns that one, owns the one by the old winndixe headed towards irvington (we stopped and let them know). She tried to say we gave her an expired coupon. Im sorry but we aint got time to cut coupons to begin with.

For the grand total of $14.29, I bought a 12 inch sub by itself. No chips, drink or cookies. The lady made it with about half of the meat I’m used to, but was pretty much on the money with the added veggies. The bread I chose was fresh and tasted quite good, but upon eating it at home, the very light duty meat was almost indiscernible from the whole taste. I’m no expert, but I suspect that there was less than three dollars worth of ingredients total in the sandwich. It makes the $12.99 base price a bit hard to justify with the old “5 dollar foot long” song running in my head.

When there isn’t a supervisor around these young people find it hard to end their phone calls while taking your order. I’m thinking she’s talking to me, she’s still on the phone. I request shredded cheese, she may have put a tablespoon full on the footlong. I asked for garlic sauce, on the phone not psying attention, put Ranch on the sandwich. I can’t eat regular Ranch. No ice for the fountain drinks, but it’s supposed to come out cold anyway. NOT! Drink was hot. Had to get a bottled drink.

First of all, I let them know that I had a coupon and they only half honored the coupon so what happy about that next there was two employees working a guy and a girl the guy cut his finger with one of the knives through the glove instead of taking the knife and putting in the sink, he leaves it Goes back takes the glove off start sucking on his finger out in front of everybody walking back-and-forth doesn’t wash his hands, put gloves on still have to wash his hands. Take the glove off start sucking on his finger again where he got cut, but he’s walking around with his finger in his mouth because he’s bleeding still that he starts ringing people up at the cash register And then he goes back still hadn’t washed his hands yet put gloves on and starts to make peoples food so my niece go and watch those cameras and they need to handle this because that right there spread a lot of disease fast

I have been on my health journey since May of 2024 so I decided to eat a Subway salad everyday. I was initially going to Subway on Dauphin Street but the customer service there is horrible and I was told that I was too picky. So I decided to try out this location Subway #37778-0. When I tell you my salad was just like I requested and the sandwich artist was top tier. I wish I knew her name so I could give her a shout out. Needless to say this is my new location from now on. Dauphin Street Subway lost a loyal customer. I eat a subway salad 3 or 4 days a week which means I have spent a lot of money there and always get treated horribly except for when this one lady is there. She’s a sweetheart. Thanks again Subway #37778-0.

Alright so
I have never seen someone lie so much in my life
We paid $46 for two sandwich meals
My wife got charged $4 for extra cheese on hers because they marked hers as a build your own which apparently doesn’t come with cheese
Mine after not asking if I wanted it put double meat and a they double the cheese again (it already comes with double cheese) charging me $6 for that.
My wife asked for a cup ofranch on the side not on her sandwich they then poured a line of it on mine then refused to remake it
I called up as I could not find a customer service number to save my life one of the people there answered and told me to bring my receipt up I get up there and the person who made our food and the person I talked to on the phone are talking, I explain everything again to the person I had talked to on the phone and the person who made our food sat their lying through her teeth saying she asked if we wanted the double meat and cheese and the extra doubled cheese for mine, she said she never put ranch on mine but I legitimately saw the damn line of ranch on my sandwich the refused to fix or refund anything except the $2 for additional double cheese they charged for mine.

So I went there and got some sandwiches and asked the employee if they took coupons. She said YES!!! So as I was ordering she wants to see the coupon and asked which one I’d be using. Why? If you take coupons does it honestly matter? I then asked for a pizza for my 10 year old son. He doesn’t eat pepperoni so I told her he just wants cheese. So when I got my receipt she charged me for extra cheese. Never again will I visit that store again.

Although the food was good, I was using a coupon and I was told that I couldn’t order certain subs, even though the coupon itself says which subs you can’t order, the girl there gave me a list of other subs not on the coupon, and couldn’t communicate well as she doesn’t have good English speaking skills. She was not friendly and I didn’t like the service provided, or the way she spoke to my wife!!!
