When a sudden craving strikes, and refuses to be ignored, this is the place you run to. Small in square footage, but mighty in flavor. The staff are just SO genuinely nice. The kind of nice that makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. The Thai tea was strong – not watered down, exactly how I like it. The drunken noodle with spicy garlic sauce was saucy and satisfying. The black pepper chicken was loaded with veggies and generously packed with chicken. No skimping here. As we were about to stack our plates, a staff member gently asked us not to. That gesture stayed with me. And consider this your friendly warning, the portions are SUPER generous! Come hungry…or be ready for leftovers. A solid go-to when cravings demand immediate attention.

The food was everything we could’ve hoped for. Me and my fiancée are vegan, we have been looking for a good thai food spot and have stopped eating thai food for a while because it has been a disappointment everywhere we go.
This was such a surprise and we are glad we tried something new.
Not only was the food good, it was great, amazing really. So fresh and full of flavor and all the textures were where you would want them to be. It also was much more filling than you might think.
We were intimidated by the price range, but really this was worth every penny.
We have the pad thai and the yellow curry.
My only wish would be for a bigger dining area. We ended up taking our food home.
We will definitely be coming again.

The food was amazing, the 7 table atmosphere is above average, it’s probably really fun when the outdoor dining is open, and to our surprise they have some fun cocktails. I had the Gardenia, and my boyfriend had the “Ally Sling”. For food, I had the Tom Ka soup, Penang curry and yellow curry.

After living in Thailand for awhile and now returning to the states, I’m often looking for the taste of Thailand. There’s some decent places and then there’s awesome! This place is sooo delicious!!! It’s challenging to find Khao Soi because it’s specific to northern Thailand. But Aloy Thai has nailed it! Perfectly spiced bursting with authentic flavor with the pickled cabbage, red onion, ands crispy noodles placed just right. And it can be made vegetarian too (except there’s shrimp paste & fish sauce). My mouth was dancing with delight! Everything so far is superb! Come hungry and please be patient. The Capital Hill location is small with a handful of tables. I’ve done take out too, but still you’ll wait. It’s that good, there’s a line to order plus all the online orders coming in. But it’s definitely worth the wait!

The best thai food in town. The other reviews truly talk about the same. The ambiance is excellent, the space is limited, but the outisde patio is an awesome addition in summers and cool evenings. The drunken noodles with chicken was excellent in taste, delicious and flavorful. The thai ice tea was pretty good too. Will definitely be back to try out other menu options.

Wow, this place was great! Awesome panang curry with chicken and added pineapple, just the heat and lots of fresh veggies. Bulgogi pot stickers were awesome, too. Everything was flavorful and tasty. Very friendly service and clean, cozy indoor seating. Lots of outdoor seats on the street-side patio as well. Don’t miss this place – and hey, it’s just down the street from Trader Joe’s, so take a break from stocking up on groceries and grab a bite here – yeah, I do that all the time too – hit the grocery store then eat out – no judgements please 🙂

This is my favorite new place working at Denver Health if I have time to walk over here during my lunch hour. I love that they use red rice and the green curry perfect. Staff is friendly too!

Compared to my beloved Aloy Thai in Boulder, Aloy Thai Eatery has a more casual setting and a smaller menu. You can place your order at the counter or through your phone, which makes it convenient.
Despite the simpler vibe, the quality of the food remains just as excellent, and I actually think the portions are larger, with prices that are more affordable!
The Drunken Noodle is phenomenal—a must-try!
They offer a spice level rating from 1 to 5 stars. I love spicy food, so I chose 4 stars, though it came with a small extra charge for 4 stars +. Next time, I’ll probably stick with 3 stars, which seems like the perfect heat level.
The restaurant is located in a lovely neighborhood with relaxing outdoor seating, perfect for a laid-back meal.
