To Ms. Tracey and im so sorry I forgot the other managers name, as well as the entire staff!! My visit and mean here was noting short of amazing!!! I was greeted with a warm welcome and it was a very professional setting! My order was taken in a timely manner and my food came in that same manner!! I would definitely recommend this place for dine in, and the staff was absolutely gorgeous!!!! So if you’re hungry or just need to help your sore eyes this place is 20/10

Ask for my food to be made fresh and it was just dipped back into the grease. My sauce had a hole in the top of it and my drink was flat. Gave a one star for service as well because they knew that my food was not fresh and they still gave it to me. They were not busy and I was the only customer they had in the drive thru and it was one customer in the inside.

I have had some not-so-great experiences at this location in the past. However, I came by this morning and am employee named Brandy seemed to be the only person taking orders, payment, making our drinks, and bagging/giving us our food. All with a smile on her face and being extremely kind. I thought she was a manager but when I asked she told me she was actually kind of new! She really have great service!!!!

During a visit today in June 2024, I was truly disappointed with this location. The cashier was very distracted while trying to order, causing me to repeat my order several times. I would not consider her pleasant or friendly while taking my order. The interior was very messy, I would even say filthy. Drink station was sticky, spilled soda all over counters next to lids. Counter with straws and napkins was sticky dirty and needed more then just whipped down. The dinning was unreal. A sitting bench was completely missing seat, and carpet was covered in old spilled soda that was extremely thick and sticky to walk on. I will not eat here again because I’m scared to think what the cooking area looks like.

Charging 55 cents for a sauce packet for my fries with my $12 meal is beyond ridiculous. When they called my name i asked for sauce packet with my food and thats when told me would be extra. What? Like i got change in pocket or will step back in line to run my credit card for 55 cents….. But if order a cheap biggie $4 or $6 meal on menu they will include a sauce packet. I actually was askin for wendys sauce i never tried before and that when told me was gonna be a extra fee… ridiculous an wouldn’t be surprised if was a corporate desion. Other places im goin to now since Wendy’s is nickle an diming ppl.

I waited in the drive through 25 min, only to get cold food. I literally live 3 minutes away, and had to go home to warm my food. Almost Everyone looked like they didn’t want to be there, including the manager. Everyone in there, moved like turtles, except one guy….. And Hell…. He was only making drinks. SMH. I really want to take my 1 star back
