nice indian spot located inside a hotel — clean, calm, and welcoming.
service was quick and friendly, and i didn’t wait long for the food.
the fish curry with rice was delicious, rich, and comforting.
the garlic naan was good, just a little on the thick side for my taste.
overall, a quality meal with great flavors, even if it’s a bit pricey.

We visited this restaurant assuming it might be an Indian eatery. Unfortunately, we arrived late and the regular lunch dishes were no longer available. However, the staff offered a few snack options, and we decided to try the pizza and momo.
To our surprise, both items were really delicious and well worth the price. The taste and quality of the food exceeded our expectations, especially considering the limited choices at that time. It turned out to be a satisfying experience despite the initial disappointment.

Pricey and very small portions is what I leave the restaurant feeling. The restaurant closes in middle of the day and only serves snacks the snacks are really small and will not fill you up. Very nice service though but the food is only OK and there is much better available.

Located in the Hotel Le Grand Mellis, the restaurant caters mainly to foreigners and the wealthy Madagascans.
The waiters and the waitresses at the restaurant seem to be used to this type of customer. Their service was very quick and smooth. The food is also very well prepared and the presentation of the food on the plates is very skilful.
This Indian restaurant has my undivided attention in Tana.

Not a bad place in Tana for some Indian food. They catered to vegan and gluten free well.

We got the veg pakora, aloo gobi and veg biriyani.

Just check the opening time. We had to wait until 7pm to order dinner.

Loving this place, we came here every day, tons of amazing vegetarian and vegan dishes plus a lovely service (speaking also French and English). My favorite dish was Dehli Wale Chola Masala (chickpeas dish), recommending it very much! Their garlic naans are perfect too (and way better than competition around the town)
The pieces are also very reasonable for what they offer food wise but also atmosphere and service wise.
Notice that they only start serving dinner at 18:30 (not sure when they stop with lunch) but even before that they serve “snacks” which are also proper meals like a decent veggie burger or veggie momo dumplings!
