What a shame.
Would never return here and spend a dollar more.
$56.00 for two bland chicken parms, a basic salad, and stale garlic knots with raw garlic.
The owners should be ashamed they are selling this level of food to customers at this price. Olive garden is better than this by miles.
Garlic knots are cooked ahead and placed under a warmer. They were stale. We asked for fresh ones and the server is back in under a minute. Clearly not “fresh” it came from the same batch cooked hours ago.
Salad was arugula with a cucumber slice.
Chicken parm doesn’t even come with any pasta. You add a side of spaghetti for $1.
Restaurant doesn’t accept cards. It’s 2026 people. They have an ATM that charges you to pull money out.
They charge a $5 fee to bring you a plate to split food.
Absolute joke of an Italian restaurant.
Steer clear of Vitos.

We really like the pizza here! It’s one of the better prices in town. Usually the wait time for pick up isn’t terrible but be prepared to wait if you go on a night before a holiday – we had to wait 20 minutes beyond our scheduled pick up time for 2 personal size pizzas. We love supporting local places like this one so I hope their service improves.

Very nice fancy restaurant great service. They are Cash only but have a ATM in the lobby. The food we got wasn’t the best. It was about the worst lasagna I’ve ever had . The pizza was good in the restaurant but significantly better as leftovers the next day . The salads were very good and kids pizzas are very big . I wouldn’t get the lasagna again but I will definitely go back to try something else. Very good experience

Although our pizza was tasty, the ‘undercarriage’ was NOT crispy – it was tan, soft and dough-y.
Usually pizza eaten IN will be crispy but it’s as though the oven wasn’t hot enough to crisp up the undercarriage (a term coined by Dave Portnoy).
Decent pizza, but disappointed in the crust.
Do better, Vitos.

First time visit to Vito’s Ristorante and Pizzeria. Located in wonderful Southern Pines, NC, Vitos has a calm authentic atmosphere complete with music, art, layout, and a staff comfortable with the process.
We had a very pleasant Tuesday night supper featuring Saltimbocca alla Romana with Brown Mushroom Sauce, choosing the veal and Prosciutto de Parma served with a side salad; was delightful. We then got 2 media (14″) pizzas to purposely have lunch for the next day.
Our dessert was a beautiful Lemoncello and seasonal fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup made for a perfect ending. Our meal was enjoyable, and the friendly staff were good in balancing attentiveness with distance.
Looking forward to bringing friends and family again and would highly recommend.

We ordered alfredo with shrimp and paid for it for pickup once we got home realize they did not add the shrimp when we called back to explain they first told us it wasn’t on the ticket then they found it was on the ticket they agreed to give us another one if we picked it up that night unfortunately it was late and I did not feel like returning that night so we agreed to pick it up the following day only to find out they were only giving us shrimp only, we thought that they would at least out of courtesy for their mistake give us a new dish shrimp including the pasta. I was not happy so for that reason it’s one star I think you should take care of the customer most places would have just offered to give you a whole new meal because it was their mistake not good Vitos!!
