Manager was rude and not very courteous. Service was horrible. Food was poor. Atmosphere was like a ghost town. Did i mention how awful the manager was? Well she was. No hair nets, no gloves. No tips! Saddly won’t be going back.

Ordered pizza, cheese stick and cinnamon sticks. Had them delivered to my house. They went by my house twice until I stopped them. Then when I got my food it was cold. This is the third time this has happened. Pizza Hut use to be really good about bringing you hot food. That’s why I kept going back.

Ordered pizza and wings to be delivered to my house. I recieved the order and everything was incorrect including the toppings and the sauce on the wings. We called the phone number for the Chatsworth location and I got transferred 4 times to the local store and no one ever answered to help us resolve this issue. After multiple attemps my husband went down to the store to possibly get it corrected or a refund and he was greeted by two very rude employees. The name on the reciept is Paxton. My husband was pretty upset so I can understand frustration from both parties, but very unprofessional from both of them which one was a lady and the other a skinny male. Never again are we ordering from this place because the service was horrible & no way to get it solved in a timely manner. I had this issue with another pizza carrier and it was resolved immedietaly and also delievered. Horrible!

I stood by myself for over 10 minutes trying to pick up an order. This girl in the picture here ignored me the entire time. This is one of the worst Services I’ve ever had anywhere in a Pizza Hut and I’ve been all over the US visiting Pizza Hut.
Never had I had so many ignore me so thoroughly that I didn’t want to pick up my order. This poor excuse for employee needs to be retrained

Wings were very good. Pizza had all my toppings right in the middle which made it soggy and not cook properly in the middle. Very disappointed in the pizza. Cheese stix were good cinnamon sticks were fine. Lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. Store is looking very run down and tired.

There are no prices on the menu. $47 for 2 med pizzas, 6 wings, and 2 drinks. Pizza was average, not enough sauce. Bottom crust was done but not cooked long enough. It was late afternoon, and the salad bar was shut down. Maybe it’s always shut down? This was our first and last time going there. We ate dine in and the place needs a good cleaning. Table near us was covered in crumbs. It was not too busy, someone could be cleaning.

The service at this Pizza Hut is horrible, this is the second time they left something off my order and when you call you set on eternal hold until you hang up. Both times I waited over 20min on hold. There won’t be a third time, your food isn’t worth the aggravation.
