They do a great job at this location. Staff is polite and courteous. Food is fresh and tasty. I used the app to order and utilized one of my deal options. It’s nice but doesn’t have an option to add any other details or comments. At times I’ve got someone else in the car who ordered separately through the app. But checking in isn’t an option because the stall is busy w/ the other order and waiting to check in till after the 1st order is delivered is ridiculous. ⁵Overallúÿyţt a great experience every time! 02-28-26 7PM Sat in the drive‑thru for 20–25 minutes, and not a single human voice bothered to come over the speaker. No “one moment,” no “we’ll be right with you,” not even static. Just silence.

Meanwhile, there were three cars parked in the stalls, all lined up like they were waiting for the rapture. Considering none of them moved an inch the entire time, I’m guessing they were employees on break, not customers. Which is wild, because the store was clearly open—just apparently not for, you know… customers.

If the plan was to ignore everyone until we gave up and left, mission accomplished. Easily one of the most confusing and unprofessional drive‑thru experiences I’ve had.

This location has always been friendly, fast, and clean. I’ve not had a bad experience at this location.

Unfortunately I need to update. I visited here again and the response time after I pressed the order button was over 6 minutes. I finally just ordered in the app since no employee was answering our call. Looks like they need additional help at this location. Our two ice creams took over 20 minutes to arrive. The employees also didn’t seem to be in any kind of rush. They just walked like there weren’t 10 cars parked out front .

They can’t read!!!! I have been here 3 times. The first 2 times I wanted easy ice. They gave me some coffee with my ice. This last time I wanted sauce with my food. Didn’t get any… like… really??? I ordered through the app so definitely no miscommunication. They just can’t read. Make sure you tell them to fix your food before you leave. Trust me it wont be right.

My last time hear I was yelled at for throwing my sonic food trash in there dumpster, well put out more then one trash can, the one that is there is for Drive through. It’s always full because of the lack of more. Are you biast to those not using the drive through? I shall just throw it on the ground then like others do. Yelled at for being cortious,will I be more welcomed if im a dick? lets try, time to hire a litter control employee, the litter will have you name on it so we know where it comes from for the complainers of it

Something is different flavor in meat, taste buds disagree so I can’t eat anything changes, huddle house has most close to real hamburger, I’ve butchered many animals, and conasuer.
Get supplied by Amish community and raise prices and draw back customers.

Ordered cheddar peppers and cheese bites 2 drinks. Took 20 minutes and brought us a hot dog and cheddar peppers then management comes out with r recite and also asked what happened lol. What a joke of a place service sucks such a simple order and you messed up then took another 10 minutes to fix it

So slow, always. Even if there’s no one in the drive through, you’re waiting upwards of 10 minutes just to order. The food is lower quality than any other sonic I’ve visited as well.

The service in this particular Sonic has exposed favoritism and discrimination when it comes to serving customers. The last few times I was there with my autistic sibling, they have not put any toys in his kids meal. Worse yet, I was flat out told that they were not going to give them out. Never said they were out, just said they’re not giving them out. When I asked why, I was not given a legitimate reason. Just say they’re not giving them out.
Now, just recently, they’re trespassing people for refusing service just because they could. A friend of mine was just there waiting for service for about over an hour. Meanwhile, other customers are getting served. He was sitting there on the waiting booth and was told he would be served in a moment. Only to shut off his service booth while other people were getting their food and leaving AFTER him. When my friend activated the booth again after about twenty minutes, he was told again they would be there momentarily. Only for him to wait another forty-five minutes. He had to press the service button a couple of more times to finally get someone, and that’s when the lady told him she was not serving him anymore. He was then asked to leave by the manager himself without telling my friend why. I understand that by law, servers are allowed to refuse services without telling their reasoning. However, what occurred was flat out discrimination. I’m no lawyer, but I’m pretty sure that is against the law.
My friend was ridiculed, just for trying to get service. I may not have been there, but given my experience for how they treated me and my autistic brother, it does not surprise me. Laurie’s Sonic Drive-In is not a welcoming environment. I never had this issue in Versailles Sonic.
