It was a last minute decision to stop here.
I have to say the man at the counter and the other man that was taking drive thru orders as well as cleaning the dining room in between customers were so nice. As a retail operations manager, I expect a high level of customer service from my own staff, these two here were top notch. For the most part the food quality I have found when visiting an Arby’s throughout the US is fairly consistent.
It was the conversation and service at this Arby’s that made our visit here memorable. My boyfriend is a very loud sneezer ( allergies ) and even one of the employees said “bless you”. These men are definitely an assets to this Arby’s.

Came in here and was met outstanding service. The girl helped me pick my sandwich and the sandwich was fresh. The fries was amazing. I recommend this location to everybody.

I hate this location now. I’m very allergic to cheese. They mess up every time I come here now.. This time, I ate almost half of the sandwich and spent over an hour vomiting. I won’t be back and if you have a special order, I’d suggest you don’t come here either. Before they sent me a make it right coupon. I’m not even calling this time. I’m just not gonna go back

Got the number 11 Swiss chicken sandwich with curly fries. Very disappoint of the large curly fries. They didn’t fill up the large fries all the way up. When I opened my bag, I was mad. It’s my favorite curly fries. The sandwich is good so I gave it a 3 stars.

This is the nastiest sandwich I ever purchased I came through the drive-thru around 6:30 order two combos w/Mellow Yellow pop pay almost 20 bucks for this food I will never ever go to this Arby’s again I believe they made my sandwiches nasty on purpose look at the sandwiches I live so far from this restaurant I would never go here again all I can say is thank God they were not for me

Wally is what sets this Arbys apart from every other fast food restaurant I’ve been to, including the ones I’ve worked at.
Wally (Waleed) has been working here for many years. He is the kindest, most attentive worker.
I watched Wally come out into the lobby, help an elderly women with her trash, refilled her drink, offered to help her to the door, and then took time to check on all of us, talked with us all for a few minutes.
When we left, he waved out the window to us while we were driving away!
Wally makes our dining experience feel like eating with family. He is absolutely wonderful at his job.
We will continue to come back to this location on Thursdays and Fridays, between 11am-2pm when Wally is working, just for the above-and-beyond customer service from Wally.
