Sadly, the Mexican food truck I was hoping to get food from was closed, but another one was open next to it and it didn’t disappoint!
I ordered a burrito mojito (basically a smothered burrito) with chicken and red sauce, and it was delicious! The sauce was very spicy (I think I have a pretty good spice tolerance), but super tasty.
The burrito was very large, filling an entire long oval disposable plate.
I’ll definitely be coming back at some point!
