We had a horrible experience here. I ordered a house salad with added steak and a side of fries. They were out of house salad and asked if Caesar was okay. I said sure. To my surprise they brought out just the salad first and then five minutes later a giant ribeye steak with fries, not at ALL what I ordered. Imagine my horror when the bill came and they had charged me $36 for a steak entree and $10 for a large salad,about $20 more than a house salad with an added protein. When I complained, for the first time in my life, a restaurant refused to do anything about it and told me that even though the waiter had written down the order wrong, I had to pay because they had already cooked the steak. Ridiculous!

The staff is always great there. However, I’m from Ohio and go to the Lakeview resort annually with 40 – 60 ppl. Legends has good food but has raised there prices over the years and condensed their menu. Now a good chunk of my group go other places near the resort to eat (Fat Angelo’s especially) instead of the place we used to go without a question that’s attached to the hotel.

Nice bartenders. Over the course of my 5 day stay the bar was open twice and the kitchen was open 0/5 days. Might as well stay right next to Tropics because that’s where you’ll end up eating anyway.

Came here last year during spring break and food was great….. The onion rings were fantastic. This time around the reubens were burnt and onion rings cold. However the waitress hooked us up with new rings and discounted our bill!
