⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Customer Service Thanks to Manager Jig
I visit this Panda Express location on 10th Street in Lancaster very often, usually in the mornings during my lunch break from Taco Bell, and I almost always receive great customer service.
On this visit (around 4:29 PM), there was a small issue when one employee in a red shirt tried to tell me what I could and could not order, even though I come here regularly and order the same thing every time. The situation could have become uncomfortable, but the manager, Jiggs (I believe that’s how his name is spelled), stepped in right away and handled everything professionally.
Jig showed excellent leadership and customer service. He listened, cleared up the misunderstanding, and made sure my order was handled correctly. He was calm, respectful, and made me feel valued as a regular customer.
I also want to give a big thank-you to the cashier with the clear glasses at the front. She was very polite, patient, and provided great customer service as well.
The chefs and the rest of the staff were great too. Overall, this location continues to be one I enjoy visiting, especially because of managers like Jiggs who truly know how to take care of customers.
Thank you for the great service — I’ll definitely keep coming back. Work on the red shirt because they’re rude.

2nd time here. The food was hard the rice was hard!! The pieces where not the same size big a piece if chicken and it was weird texture. The cooks need to improve cook better not coming back here ever.
This panda the food is fresh and well made. I recommend the walnut shrimp(+$1.50 but worth it) and Kung Pao chicken plate. The kung pao was missing the red bell pepper and green onion, but it was still good. Had enough chicken.

First time here and the grl served old food orange chicken old so hard I can’t even eat tht how long was tht sitting there??? If I would’ve dined in i would’ve had everything replaced not even frm the area overcharged for old food never again

Their portions are so small. Even with a “bigger plate” you will not get full. They are so stingy. One scoop of everything thats it. Then the third item gets put in a very small box. Making the portion even tinier. Go to dragon garden and they will show you how it should be done.

This is a very busy location! We walked in on a Friday night around 8 and the line was almost out the door and every seat in the whole place was taken. Despite how busy they were the employees worked like clock work and the level of service we received was still excellent. They had 5 employees in the front working like an assembly line fulfilling orders.. refilling items they had run out of.. the first guy still took the time to offer and give us a sample and waited patiently for us to decide what we wanted to order.. the last person in the line ringing up the orders double checked what we got, made sure it was right, apologized for the wait and bagged it up with fortune cookies, utenscils and condiments.
