I used to order from you guys all the time and your food was pretty good. Yesterday I ordered your chicken fettuccini pasta Alfredo and it was awful. Not sure if you ran out of the sauce but it was too much pasta for the amount of chicken and the amount of sauce. Very dry basically couldn’t eat it NO TASTE AND DRY

The place is a hole in the wall and takes loong in delivering, but the food is good nonetheless. Has a wide variety of sandwiches and is very cheap. Whenever I want to save a few bucks I’ll order from here, but I order in advance. Is a small business getting a lot of business, so I do understand that they work at maximum capacity. 4 stars for the food and for pricing.

Food is not that bad if you enjoyed all of your meals cooked in a microwave. As far as service goes, there is none. Do not order delivery if you are hungry and want to get your food within an hour to an hour and a half. Have called several times and have waited hours for my breakfast to get here only to find out the order was never put in. Managers or whatever they are don’t really care when the concern is brought up to them. Also, do not go into this place because you’ll never want to eat from here again.

What can you expect when you’re ordering lunch at 12p in the gables, people are in a rush trying to get your order and move on so you can get your food fast. I give them 5 stars because the food is 99.9% always delicious, always hot, cheap, and always fast. Your spending $7.99 on a lunch combo, half a sandwich, soup or salad, chips AND a soda. Lets be real you can’t ask for perfection. The food is good take what get.

The food is always good if you order by phone it is usually ready in fifteen minutes. The people are very friendly and Hector is always very nice and tries his best to get to you quickly.

Honestly I have been ordering from Emily’s off and on for over a year and their phone service leaves a lot to be desired the lady that takes the orders is rude and rushes you off the phone. And god forbid you try and ask how much the total is. Today was the last time I will order from there and I will spread the word at work as well. The phone services was unforgivable she hangs up on me calls me back and then continues her rudeness I decided against my better judgment to continue the order my she said it would be 45 mins after 2 hrs and 10 mins it arrived cold and wrong. Please do not order from there save yourself the frustration.
