Newly open Vietnamese/Thai restaurant in town! I think it’s a chain restaurant. We have been to many other locations.
Flavor is great. Definitely love the Thai ice tea. Super strong tea. The pho broth is warm and tasty. The beef brisket is perfect sliced.
The place is clean and spacious. Staff are all friendly. Bathroom is clean. Easy parking (parking lot for the plaza).
A great addition to the neighborhood. I’ll probably order from here a lot.

So, my family and I just had our first-ever lunch at Saigon Bistro, and honestly, it was such a treat. The place has a really cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. And Chris, our waiter, was just great—super attentive and friendly, and he really knew the menu inside out. All in all, it was a fantastic first visit, and we’re definitely excited to return!

Everything was so good! The Vietnamese spring rolls were super delicious, chicken wings crispy and flavorful, pork chop was tender and juicy, crab fried rice was packed of flavor, and the lemongrass chicken had a perfect balance of aroma and seasoning. Definitely one of the best Vietnamese restaurants around — highly recommend Saigon Bistro 🙂

I’m so happy this restaurant opened in our neighborhood! I had the calamari and the seafood/beef brisket pho, and both were fresh and delicious.
I brought my own wine, and it paired perfectly with the food. The staff were wonderful, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Finally! An authentic Vietnamese restaurant in the north east Bergen County area! Casual and comfortable atmosphere. The Beef Combo Pho was excellent: pho was cooked perfectly, broth was rich and tasty and the beef was very good. The Spicy Lemongrass Pho was savory as well with the right amount of heat. Service was excellent as well, attentive and friendly. Plenty of parking and appears wheelchair friendly as there are no steps.

Absolutely love this new Vietnamese restaurant! The food is super tasty — I had the spicy lemongrass soup and the garlic sautéed tofu with veggies, and both were amazing. Everything we ordered was full of flavor. The staff were so nice and friendly, and the service was excellent. The restaurant feels cozy and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. There are also plenty of parking spots, which is a big plus! Very highly recommended!

The appetizer spring rolls were perfectly crispy on the outside and incredibly juicy inside. The pho was also very satisfying. What impressed us even more was the outstanding service — every staff member was extremely kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I tried this place with my family, and the food was AMAZING. I ordered the Spicy Lemongrass Group and it was phenomenal! We also ordered the Pho, Chicken Curry, and the Pork Chops and we were so impressed. Our waitress, Earn, was also very helpful and made excellent menu suggestions. Overall, we were very happy with our visit to the Saigon Bistro and I will be coming back for more !
