Sonic to the rescue! Taking a family RV trip we happened to see the glowing lights of the Sonic in the distance. I yelled back to my family, should I stop at Sonic for dinner? A huge yell from the rear of the RV was a commanding YES! So we pull over, I take the dog for a potty break and we hit the menu. I feel like we ordered everything on the menu, but truly only a handful of items. Of course a kids wacky pack with chicken nuggets and fries with an Apple juice. A couple of corn dogs with a side of onion rings with a Diet Coke to wash it all down. The service was quick, and we were back on the road in no time. Thanks Sonic for rescuing a family in need of hunger. Everything tasted delicious, and hit the spot! If you happen to be in the area, please check out this Sonic. Enjoy!

okay so . ordered a diet coke with LIME , received diet coke with the smallest LEMON known to man, and it was browning. if it was to be a lime, it was way past gone bad. SECOND ordered a medium chili cheese fry and received the SMALLEST amount of chili and the chili looked like turd. MY SECOND chili cheese fry received ZERO jalapeño when they were in fact ordered. ANDDDDDDD one of the burgers ordered received no pickled when pickles were IN FACT ordered. ANDDD TO TOP IT ALLL OFF. they forgot my groovy sauce, when again, it was in fact ordered. service at the store itself was great though. and i will say, this is not the first time of this happening. thank you for your time .

Went to sonic to get me and some coworkers drinks and ice cream. The ice cream machine is supposedly being cleaned and Noone told me till I asked where my ice cream was. Then the girl got her so called manager and she told me rudley I had to use the app for a refund which it doesn’t show you or tell you anywhere how to do. So I asked for a large cherry slush with nerds which isn’t anywhere near the price of my ice cream blast I ordered. This is the second time in a week I’ve tried to get ice cream amd haven’t gotten what I’ve ordered so I get a slush. I’m a manager myself at McDonald’s and this is uncalled for, someone needs to teach them how to handle situations like this better and fix the refund thing on the app or issue one in person. Picture is of my so called slush I got whereas my coworkers slushes were made great.

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Waitress was rude, had to.go get our drinks and paying at the screen wouldn’t work. 4+ dollars for a sweet Tea. I’d never visit that place again.

My wife and I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks (sweet tea and a slush) we got there and checked in and waited 23 minutes and no one ever brought us our order while other people had received theirs, and we also witnessed another family drive off without their order because they waited too long. One of the workers was outside talking to a friend the whole time we were there. I finally went to the door and told them we had been waiting and they tell us the slush machine was broken. It would have been nice to know this as soon as we checked in. They could have still brought the other drink. I asked for a refund and the carhop was rude about it, but did give me a receipt for a number to call. We will not be back to this location.

This is the worst Sonic ever. Every experience here has been terrible. Last week I ordered 2 drinks and after waiting 16 minutes I had to call the phone number to the inside and ask them what is going on. We were the only customer in the parking lot. 5 mins later they came out.
Today I ordered the Unicorn slush and 2 meals. They girl brought the food and drinks and no slush and just walked off. I had to call her back so I could ask where my slush is… she responded to call the number.. our slush machine is broke… and walked off. Got home and both drinks were wrong and so we had to go back to Sonic to get that corrected. I asked for manager and she said to call number too. She fixed drinks but by now the food is cold. She said the original car hop was ” in a mood ” not my problem.

Ordered online and ice cream is not working again! Getting tired of waiting to find out. She literally didnt even ask if I wanted a different drink! Its 91 degrees outside. I wouldve loved some water.
They are rude as well. Telling me to call the number to get a refund. Yep got a refund but now have to wait 10 days for it.
