I placed an online order, pulled up to the drive through window in the pouring down rain, she told me all pick up orders have to come in. I was annoyed because my food was ready and no one was behind me in the line. I pulled around and went inside in to find a completely empty restaurant. Way to piss off your only lunch customer that you had at the time. Customer service is terrible, there was no reason you couldn’t have handed me my food through the window like they have many times before.

Grat Mural artwork on the wall. I heard great reviews about their wings, Philly, and fish fry. Let me tell you their 1/2 lb fresh angus beef burger is out of chain. Haven’t eat that big and delicious for while. And real fruits real DAIQUIRIS to go is best for me as option. They even let me smple all the flavors of daiquiris. Best Margaritas ..

Our food came fast and Hot. We were the only customers so, the staff member talked to us and made us feel very comfortable and like home. I don’t remember her name but she was kool.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYYYYYY!!!
Y’all…so I come to this place ALL THE TIME! Since they’ve brought in these new females to work….EVERYTHING HAS GONE DOWN HILL, ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE…not to mention the food, they SKIMP IN EVERYTHING!!! I always come in and order the same thing mind you, and LEAVE A TIP! Tell me why 1 of the chicks in the front messed up my order! And when I called (after leaving), she had a straight attitude and HUNG UP IN MY FACE! I called back to ask why she was hung up on me…and as soon as I stated talking, she cut me off! Now mind you, her baby was running around RAMPANT!!! Not sure what they have going in now….but THIS ISNT IT!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! VERY RUDE!!! And then when I asked for a refund…GUESS WHAT SHE SAID?!…we can remake it for you SMH….I WANT MY MONEYYYYY BACK!!!!!

Wings, for us, were made fresh as we waited. Which was at least 20 minutes or slightly more, but we had planned on that, and our intent was to take our food home. Wings were perfect and so many flavors! Fries are the best fries I have had in Tyler. Place was a little awkward. Cook very kind and brought out our food herself.

I spent $71 on an order. They claimed they put all my food in my bag. I trusted them and went home with my order. I lost over half my money due to the fact they didn’t give me all my food. Then they called me a liar on top of that. Do not go here. If I could give them half a star I would. They do not deserve a whole star. The fries were dry and cold.

We wanted to check out a different wing place to compare and maybe find a new spot. Went off the pictures and some of the reviews and chose to pop in here.
We walked in and while the atmosphere was not exactly what we like or want we decided to proceed. We cannot speak to the food and or service because after reviewing the menu a few minutes we couldn’t get past the odor. It was a mix of bathroom cleaner and the two vape shops in the same shopping center. We left and will not give this a second try. With so many choices to pick from there won’t be a need to.
