First visit late February 2026 on a Tuesday after 1:00 p.m.. add two slices of pizza with a salad and a beverage with a total of about $16 with tip. The salad was a good size which was surprising. The slices of pizza were decent size also. Both the salad and the pizza were very good tasting to me. They have outdoor seating in addition to the indoor seating.

I ordered delivery from Rico’s Pizzeria and Pasta House and spent about $125 total. We got two medium (16”) pizzas along with a few pasta dishes.
The pizza was honestly good. The presentation was just okay, nothing special, but the taste made up for it. No complaints there.
The pasta was more hit-or-miss. The Alfredo fettuccine, kids’ mac and cheese, and spaghetti carbonara were very plain-looking. The presentation on those dishes wasn’t great at all, especially compared to the price. The food tasted fine, but it didn’t feel like much effort went into how it was put together.
One thing that really stood out: this was a large delivery order and there were no paper plates, forks, or napkins included. For a $125 order, that was disappointing and kind of inconvenient, especially for a family meal.
Overall, the pizza was solid and enjoyable, but the pasta presentation and missing basics for a delivery order brought the experience down. They’re close to being really good, just need to tighten up the details a bit.

THIS IS A ABSOLUTE Gem. I have been to many of these locations but this one is by far the best! Rico is the sweetest and kindest person I have met! And the food is to DIE food all the pastes, calzones more like COW WOW! You MUST have the WHITE PIZZA 1000000/10. You can’t got wrong here with anything!

Then it happened. The grand reveal. The largest Meat Lovers pie imaginable, crowned with pineapple and peppers like edible fireworks. Every bite felt like a standing ovation in my mouth. Yes, I ordered every extra known to mankind. Yes, my wallet briefly questioned my sanity. And yes… I regret absolutely nothing (I did the online order and paid extra of everything by accident instead of ordering a meat lovers as the owner explained).

Here from out of town and was a bit concerned that the place was empty but we gave it a try anyway. I have to commend the staff as they were so helpful and kind (this doesn’t happen often these days) I was impressed. They were very attentive and the food was delicious to top it off! I would definitely recommend y’all go in and see them!

Came in to pick up a pizza the other night, usually hole in the wall locations such as this are projects of passion that put out amazing food. This is far from that, dirty and disinterested would be a great description of the environment and employees. I recommend heating up your oven, the cheese and veggies on my pizza were barely melted and the crust was floppy. I recommend Rico’s in Sarasota and if you’re in the Bradenton area ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

I had to start writing this review as soon as I got in the car. Right off the bat, we were greeted with bright smiles and an enthusiastic demeanor. What’s more is that the food was outstanding! The meals are served hot, exploding with tantalizing flavour, and very authentic. This is a real 5 star restaurant because of the S-tier service, the quality of taste, and the fervor of the workers to satisfy their customers. Rico’s will definitely be seeing me again in the near future and I know they won’t disappoint.

A small neighborhood treasure. Wonderful food, with pleasant, fun, and attentive staff, and a cozy welcoming atmosphere. It’s a small venue, but feels like a large experience. The menu has authentic Italian dishes. My son, his wife, and I were carbing up for a half Marathon the following morning and the staff gladly helped customize our orders to meet our needs. We had traditional dishes, but a couple at an adjacent table had a pizza that made my mouth water just looking at it. My kids look for small hidden treasures to dine out when they are in town, and Rico’s is one of the best they have ever found. I will definitely be returning.

Their pizza is absolutely amazing We used to come here because they had an amazing deal. It was two large pizzas for $26.99 we would always get a white pizza Add spinach and a cheese pizza. Until they stop doing this for us after multiple times of doing it for us and then they told us that they could no longer accommodate this deal since then we’ve been going to FAVs Cucina in Italian bar. They are amazing and have really good deals.
