Pirates Cove Pub and Grill serves the visitors and the local community around Prince Gallitzin State Park near Patton, Pennsylvania. I love the cherry vanilla Hershey’s hard ice cream (see pic), but they feature soft serve, and other great American food. It’s a great place to treat yourself after a hard day of boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, or just plain old relaxing… 😉

Super disappointed, Strawberry milkshake tasted like water and 2% milk with barely any ice cream. Daughter wanted a twist cone, chocolate dipped, they dipped it twice and we could hear them say it didn’t work, handed my daughter a half melted ice cream cone with a melted smear of chocolate on it. Don’t get the fresh squeezed lemonade, it was a small plastic cup with water and maybe a drop of lemon flavor, no actual lemon to be found. Really not worth going!!

First visit. The fried fish sandwich was excellent, their fries are tasty and better than most. The staff was very polite. Seems to be a major local spot for ice cream, which I didn’t try. I will definitely be coming back. 3* for atmosphere just because the constant county music is not my jam.

Very busy place, think we were there during their peak time of the day we had nine people between our two groups and there were only slight errors that were fixed with no issues which is to be expected when they were so busy they had cars parking across the highway to stop in . Next time I think we would like to try the restaurant part too not just the ice cream as it looks nice inside and a little calmer
