The staff made this experience very enjoyable. Yes, the food is excellent, but having unpleasant staff can ruin an experience. The staff was very kind, helpful, and truly aimed to make a positive experience, and they succeeded. It’s rare to see staff like this at any establishment. And the sandwiches were absolutely exceptional. I don’t live close to any firehouse- this location is the closest and that’s about 45 mins in one direction- but reasons like this make it worth the drive.

So my wife and I decided to try Firehouse Subs out here at Lime Spring.Friday 6:15 pm Jan 16th. First they were moderately busy 3 workers on. The tables were dirty, the soda machine was dirty & sticky. The cashier was ok low talking voice hard to hear him speak.I had medium cheese steak sub, my wife had the small turkey sub and we shared a soda. Our bill $18.85 was ridiculous for the portion that was served.
The favors of the subs were good unfortunately the amount of meats use in the subs were really very small. Extremely expensive for what you get. Don’t know that we would go back at that price. My wifes sub being small may have been 4 inches in length while my sub was at best 6 inches .$18.85 and one soda. Mom & Pop subs & pizza are far better in price and equal quality of ingredients and certainly more for your money.

A sub with a cause. Nice. great job to the staff there. The Club sandwich was to kill for load with fresh ingredients. Lots of first responders equipment at display. Awesome of how you help first responders With every sub sold. Keep up the great work. Five thumbs up. ( Veteran Approved & definitely first Responders Approved) definitely i a return there.

We had ordered delivery last night after neither me nor my fiance felt like cooking after work, food got here and everything was actually pretty freaking good.
My big issue is that we got our daughter a kids combo that only had chocolate milk as an option for a drink, but my daughter was excited as she loves chocolate milk. That was not in any of the bags unfortunately. If they didn’t have any, the store failed to communicate that to the delivery driver as we did ask.
Their kids subs are also less than a quarter size of the subs we ordered, which did not match the size of the kids sub in the pictures, so I ended up having to cook food for my daughter while I was trying to eat because it was 4 bites of bread, cheese, and meat. So my 3 year old childs food was treated like a joke while they made the rest of the food just fine.
I contacted Uber and they refunded the entire child’s combo, but I still wanted to put the review so others are aware. Even if it was later in the evening, tired and ready to go home is not an excuse to completely ruin a little kids meal. Being the only meal with an issue made it seem almost intentional as well so whoever is in charge at firehouse needs to be aware if it was.

Firehouse subs continues to impress with food quality and flavor. It’s very notable though that since they were purchased by RBI, a large amount of shrinkflation.has occured. The drinks have gotten smaller. The subs have gotten smaller and overall the value has decreased. While the price has continued to go up. I can understand if this was because of the inflation but it is not. As a Jacksonville native who’s been joining Firehouse subs since the early 2000s. I’m greatly disappointed

Nice experience overall. We went here once a while ago and enjoyed it, and went back again this time and it was decent. Good customer service, food was quick and good, and reasonably priced.
The only reason why it’s not 5 star is because we ordered the cheese and brisket sub, but it didn’t really have any cheese on it. It was still good, but not as good as advertised.

My kid and I stopped here around 12 on Thursday 10/9 on the first stop of a 3 stop impromptu taste test of Italian sandwich he’s.
Because why not.
It was slow, but it was lunch rush hour, so, expected. Be prepared. I came prepared with level 3701 of Candy Crush.
I’m not a sandwich/sub person, but my kid and I hit up Jersey Mike’s, and Jimmy John’s and we both agreed that Firehouse won the Italian sub category.
We felt that Firehouse came in 3rd place in the brownie invitational, however.
Good talk.

went there on Sunday evening at 5pm to get four hoagies and they were horribly made. barely any lunch meat on all four and made sloppy. we were also supposed to get four pickles but we only got one. Just terrible service all around. Who is ever in charge should refund our money. we drove a hour and 45 minutes for that terrible service.

Firehouse is the best place to get a sub in my opinion. The location is exceptionally clean and the staff is super friendly.
The last sub I ordered was the New York Steamer. It’s packed with corned beef and pastrami. The meat is so tender and full of flavor. All of their hot subs can also be served cold.
Also, the meatball sub is out of this world. You won’t be disappointed.

Hey attention everyone, this is a great place to eat. The subs are amazing and the staff seemed friendly. The fact that it was started by firefighters and donates money to the public safety collection is another great reason to eat here. Every sub you buy helps keep the community safe. Had sorta a firehall feel too with the Dimondplated cupboards and firesuits and memorabilia.
