Stop over-cooking your fries!
Not sure why in the last couple months the fries are always overdone. They used to be perfect just like everything else at this location. Been going here since they opened and it has been great until a couple months ago, hope they get this fixed.

5 guys! Love a good burger. My wife and I dropped in for lunch and was very happy with the service and food. There wasn’t more then 2 lady’s working the store and they did great. Happy and welcoming. I got a cheeseburger and wifey got a bacon cheeseburger, the regular order of fries is so big we can finish them. Take my advice, don’t go somewhere where the people will take your order with DEAD eyes and an attitude, go to welcoming places. It’s your money and you deserve to be treated well.

Very disappointed. The burgers were decent, but just didn’t seem to live up to the overall quality that you’d expect from Five Guys. The fries were WAY too salty. I am a chef, and I like flavor. This was potatoes soaked in Sodium Chloride. YUCK! Literally inedible due to the ridiculously excessive amount of salt. So much that it almost had to be intentional.
Place was clean, but the employees didn’t seem disciplined. If this were my business, I’d likely look to replace management.
Another thing (not specific to this place, but regarding Five Guys in general), if you go through all of the trouble to achieve a higher standard of quality, get some REAL cheese. That’s one way to completely ruin an otherwise good burger. You bake all the bread in your own bakery, freshly prepare the fries, the meat, have fresh produce (except the mushrooms), then ruin it with Kraft Singles; disgusting.

By far the best road trip burgers I could of asked for. What an amazing crew! Friendly, prompt, awsome service. In a very clean store. My hats off to the grill master! That was a dam good burger, Thank you.

Came here on my birthday! Hamburgers are really good and the fries are just amazing.. I had a Vanilla milkshake they offer many different varieties and flavors. The hamburgers weren’t hot but they were the fries were. The place was very clean a little bit of a Wait but it was worth it.

So I did an online order for pickup. Told me it would be 6-11 minutes. When I got there at the 11 minute mark my food hadn’t been ready yet. I was originally upset, but then I realized there was only two people working and they were packed out. They did upgrade my fries and my burger for free for the extra wait time. My food was amazing and I appreciate them being so kind even tho they were being over worked! It was so good I forgot to take pictures

Wow, a burger joint with well-done burgers – that’s the WAY I LIKE MY BURGERS. The fries are very potatoey thus natural. Going inside, I found it weird and cool for how they have their ingredients on Costco-like displays. I had the bacon burger for my 2 dinners during my stay at the Hampton across the parking lot (from San Francisco).

Female employee who took my order was very rude. She obviously does not like her job. She acted very irritated that customers were there, in the middle of the day, mind you. She huffed and puffed and mouthed “oh my god” when the phone rang. Food was good though. Didn’t get the usual bag full of fries, which was disappointing. The other employees were much nicer.
