I had a bit of a frustrating experience with a recent Papa John’s order when I was told I couldn’t add extra sauce to my breadsticks by the Call Center. Thankfully, Lee stepped in and handled everything perfectly. Not only did Lee get it sorted quickly, but they were super professional and made sure I was taken care of. Ordered 2 pizzas on Uber Eats. I have never had a bad pizza from any Papa John’s until today.
Got a “The works” both my wife and I couldn’t finish eat it. Not sure what was wrong, but it was just gross.
The kids liked the plain cheese pizza just fine.

I feel bad for speaking on this location specifically because it’s a franchise/app problem but im annoyed. I ordered my food got an estimated delivery time, wait a few minutes and click the papa tracker and it says it’s unavailable and then it takes me to doordash.. that has no information of my order…. Still waiting for my pizza.. WHAT IS GOING ON

The driver tampered with our food! Food for our children! Had the nerve to catch an attitude because we didn’t tip in the application! This is horrible! This is nasty! Even a refund won’t take away the fact that our food was tampered with! She removed the seals! Be careful!

My daughter was with her Grandmother, they came in wanting a small pizza but heart shaped. They didn’t make that size. So they just ordered a small pizza. When they came back they were surprised with a heart shaped pizza and were wished a happy Valentine’s day. Thank you for going above and beyond and getting her a heart pizza. Writing this to give a huge shout out to whoever is running this location. We had an issue with our pizza and just made a comment on the rate us email. THAT NIGHT THEY WITHOUT ASKING REMADE OUR ORDER AND HAD IT DELIVERED. The remake was perfect and you couldn’t ask for better customer service.

I will not be utlizing this specific Papa John’s again. Each time I do, there is always a problem. Tonight I ordered using the app for delivery. I get a phone call from Papa John’s but after me saying Hello 2 I was hung up on. An hour later and no delivery, I see that my order was canceled. I called and spoke to the manager. Questioned his lack of customer service. He said I could pick up my order because it’s sitting on the rack still. I get there and they have me wait to remake the order.
