I though Starbucks was all about being ‘inclusive happy and FUUN’ but heck no! I told the cashier to put ‘Mr bombastic’ on my cup which he nicely did and chuckled but the batista wasn’t having a good day so she scribbled all over it and just screamed my drink type when it was ready, also gave me quite an evil look. Bad experience

I was trying the new Christmas drinks, and instead of getting a flavorful iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk latte, I just got a regular iced coffee without any sugar cookie or almond milk. I expected better service and coffee. And I still left a tip afterwards.
