Stopped in for dinner and was really impressed. Service was friendly and the vibe was great.
​Food hit the spot across the board. Highlights were definitely the roast beets and scallops—both super fresh. The pork cheek ragu is a must (great fresh pasta made in house). Skirt steak was grilled perfectly, and the duck breast with the caramelized carrot passata was amazing. If you grab a pizza, it’s crispy, light and delicious!

Had the most amazing brunch here. The two of us ordered a balanced meal of protein, carb, savory and sweet. I’ve tried many dutch babies in and near seattle area, and this place beats everywhere! The steak was over cooked(we asked for medium rare) but it was very tender and super flavorful for a well done that we didnt complain. The roasted pepper was so good! My favorite was the croquet. What a flavor bomb!

Great experience overall! Restaurant provides a variety menu. The food is delicious and is presented beautifully and the proportion sizes are good. The interior of the restaurant is unique and provides lots of space for guests rather it’s a small or large group. The service is great, attentive and the staff provide helpful feedback on the menus. I loved my experience here and the food was definitely memorable. Highly recommended this amazing restaurant!

Went on a busy Friday night – we made reservations, but wait times around 7pm were up to an hour and there was a growing waitlist. The service is friendly and attentive, we ordered our regular favourites (olives, gem lettuce salad, Dutch fries, pepperoni pizza), which were all fantastic. Buzzy vibe that’s great in the summer, or on a cozy chill night!

Had a tasty drink here off their holiday menu. The Caesar salad was good, the pasta was good, the pizza was about a 5. Sorta boring, and expected a little more. The service was outstanding! Sat in a booth outside and it was toasty and a lovely evening.

House made pasta. Woodfired pizza with outstanding dough/crust and ingredients, variety of starters. Everthing cooked to perfection. Happy, hospitable employees who go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Ambiance is comfortable and classy, wear jeans, wear a hoodie, wear a blazer anything goes. Beautiful bar …and did I mention house made pasta? Fantastic dessert capped off the meal. If in Ballard, don’t miss this outstanding restaurant. You can tell the people who work here are treated well and provide customers excellent service. Thanks Amber you made our family holiday dinner a great memory. We went there for a romantic date night and they sat us at a booth in the bar with a giant metal pizza beam in the middle of the table, without asking if wanted to sit in the dining room or bar, even though the restaurant was almost completely empty. Not the end of the world but was just the start. Both the server and host kept forgetting to bring us water, to the point where we had already ordered and received our appetizer before receiving any drinks. It’s understandable when busy but there was maybe four tables sat in the entire restaurant. The server didn’t seem to know what gins they carried, nor could give us a basic description of the pasta dishes when asked. The food was terrible especially for the price, I love a good al dente pasta but this was undercooked and under seasoned, ordered the burrata pizzetta and the meat on top was an oscar myer level of packaged cold cut. Pasta was box quality, cooked poorly, and overpriced, especially given the quality of the ingredients. At no point did anyone check on us to see if we liked the food and drinks. Extremely disappointing, would not recommend nor will I be returning. As a Ballard local I would recommend you go to any other Italian restaurant in the neighborhood as there are definitely better options.

Some of the BEST SERVICE I’ve ever recieved from Allie our server!!!. Food came out promptly and tasted phenomenal. ABSOULTLEY THE BEST HOT BUTTERED RUM I’ve ever had. I managed a bar for 3 years in craft cocktail and ours didn’t even come close to Christen’s rendition. A must Go!!!!!
