Everytime I have gone there, the fries are cold. I went yesterday and ordered #1 and waited 5 minutes for them to cook the smasher and my fries were icy. While the person at the window was on her phone and eating . I have literally asked them to cook a fresh order of fries and when they return, they are still cold after me waiting another 5 or 10 minutes. This is a all the time problem not just once

There were half of the ordering menus not working. They only had about two people working inside. The food was not good at all. This use to be a great place to eat but now it is run down and they don’t care.

Normally I don’t have an issue with this location, except for having to wait 5 – 10 minutes longer when the screen said the person was on their way. The location is currently refusing to accommodate for their order ahead being down because of 1 type of machine being down. Whomever developed the app should make an update where the location can state what item is unavailable due to the machine being down like other apps have. I am not going back to this location until their order ahead is back up so I can get half price drinks again.

That ice cream was delicious. However, we’re not sure why it was so difficult to order something directly off the menu we literally read the item from the billboard and they can’t seem to figure out what we were asking for. It took a minute to communicate with the person at the window and it just shouldn’t be a mystery if it’s on the menu. Also, it said there were three sizes but we were told there’s only two. Didn’t seem like that should be on the menu if it’s true.

Strangest Sonic ever. Service is extremely slow and unprofessional. We were the only car at the restaurant, and it took 30 min to get food. Do not recommend. Don’t waste your time.
