This order is bad enough to call 911 about. They sent one pizza with cheese on only HALF, 4 pieces without a shred of cheese, I complained, they sent a whole pizza without any cheese at all!! And they claimed I ordered the first one with cheese on only half!! Then send an entire pizza without a shred of cheese, total scam and false advertisement!!! They changed my first order, nobody orders a pizza with only cheese on half, then sent one with no cheese at all

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Last night I ordered two pan pizzas. When they arrived they were wrong. So I called and was told that there was someone else who had also ordered two pan pizzas and they got them mixed up. So I received their food, and they received ours. I asked the guy on the phone “what should I do with these pizzas” he told me he can’t take them back. He said keep them, throw them out, whatever you want to do. Soon I get a knock at my door and it’s a different driver named Justin who immediately starts yelling at me when I open the door. “Where’s the food!!?” He yelled. I was confused and told him that we were told to keep it. He refused to give us our correct order until we provided for him the two other pizzas. He said that he would not be giving us our correct order unless we could prove to him that we didn’t touch the other pizzas. He accused us of trying to scam them. WELL my 8 year old was hungry so he tried a slice of one of the pies. My husband is a type 1 diabetic and also had part of a slice of 1 pie. The driver threw a fit and almost didn’t give us our food THAT WE PAID FOR. He took the other pizzas and as he walked away he said “I’m banning you from the store!” He was extremely threatening and scared my 8 year old son to the point of tears. The driver( Justin) was aware of what had happened and that we weren’t trying to “scam” dominos out of a couple pizzas ♀️ we paid for our food. We tipped well. We didn’t deserve this. I called and spoke to the Manager on duty, Chris and he was very apologetic about what happened. He told us that the driver was in fact wrong and that he would “handle it” I planned on leaving it at that until I woke up today to get my kid ready for school and he is STILL shook up from last night. We were all so upset that the pizza we finally got didn’t get eaten. We had all lost our appetites at that point. So I call back today to speak to a Manager. I get Laura on the phone. Laura was not nearly as professional as Chris. She was extremely rude, condescending, and pretty much was like “what do you want ME to do about it”… I told her that I felt like the least they could do is issue a refund and also to make sure that this guy never delivers here again. She says no, and offers me a credit. I told her, I don’t know that we will be ordering from here again after this. At least not any time soon that’s for sure. So then she agrees to refund the pizza from last night. But she had to drop her little bit of “Pizza Power” on me and said “I’ll be blocking your number and address” … I’m like, huh? I say, you’re blocking me?? She said “well you aren’t gonna order from here anymore anyways” she then says that they won’t be delivering to our address ever again to avoid further problems. How’s that for Customer Service? Laura has Pizza Power and she isn’t afraid to use it! Good luck Laura. You’re doing great things with your life I don’t know about y’all but I’ve been fired for a whole lot less than harassing a customer, refusing to give a customer what they paid for and making an 8 year old cry. What a joke. Maybe Corporate will give a crap. I won’t hold my breathe. “Give a Woman some pizza and a little power and she will show you what type of woman she is lol” She’s a Scholar!

The fast friendly service at this location was amazing during our trip to Grand junction. The restaurant was clean, the staff were very welcoming and helpful with deals so we can save some money while on the road.

I’m very upset. I ordered my food and it took an hour and a half to be delivered. They didn’t even start cooking it until an hour after I ordered. Love the food but not good service

I tried to walk in and order a pizza with my son and they treated me like I was a homeless bum. Super rude about being in the store because I started the order with another employee that left . I thought my pizza got ordered but it did not and they asked me to leave the store after being extremely rude while I was trying to place an order to pay for a pizza or at least figure out if I was charged for the order that I started

Ordered a thin crust pizza, when it finally arrived an hour later I opened the box and noticed there was a square missing. When I called to have the issue resolved the manager was irritated because I wanted a new one sent out instead of getting it credited for next time. So another 40minutes later I finally get the pizza I ordered, just to have it scrambled all over the box as if it had been shaken up in the box the entire time. Really disappointed I called at 9pm and it’s 11pm now with this ‘new’ pizza.

Although the service was quick and the driver was polite the Food was under topped and super thin as well but it did not taste correct so we didn’t trust to feed it to our 1 year old child and I’m glad we didn’t because it messed with mine and my boyfriends stomach so bad will never return to this location

Update: ordered again for the first time since my last experience and my pan pizza was absolutely undercooked, part of it closed in the box, a few pieces looked like cooked crust with just sauce on it. Ricky should spend more time on his orders because I will NOT be bringing my business here again. I would think after the absokute disaster I had to deal with that they would do better. I would personally see Ricky as a liability to my business if this were my store.
Placed an order and waited about an hour while it was still in the quality check stage. Called the store and the employee said the order was likeky with 30 road, it was not. Got a call back from Ricky the manager who tells me they had no drivers for that long so it would be another 20 minutes while they make my food again. About 20 minites before they closed. No compensation offered after telling me the hour long wait on my order would be longer. No incentive to ever order from them again. 100 percent contacting corporate. Complete failure to even contact me while my food sat for double the total order to delivery time is absolutely ridiculous. Update: I was contacted by the new store owner (I believe it was) and was offered a resolution to my complaint. On few occassions do you hear back from somebody other than a manager and I think it shows an above average willingness to provide great service or a satisfactory resolution if your initial experience is unsatisfactory.

A Top 3 location for quality of the pizza in my book, which covers from Oregon to Alabama and several places in between.
Downside: Ordered at 9:52pm.
Upside: I got my food, and management did everything they could to rectify the delayed delivery situation (not listing steps taken by them because I don’t want my review to be a tool for others to take advantage of their readiness to make things right). Issues arose due to honest mistakes being made, and I totally get it.
I’d like to add that the person who answered the phone, whose name I’m not recalling right now which I’m kicking myself for, sounded like they were hopping on the line to help get orders made due to high volume
