Never thought I’d say this but the Panda Express on sunset has hands down the best chicken teriyaki I’ve ever had. The staff is really friendly and it’s like $10 for all of This (see photo attached) ! Also, I think his name was Lucas? Taller dude who was working Monday night around 8pm was great! Very friendly & accommodating!

The food was ok for a drive thru. Service was awful. Drive thru attended sounded like she was half asleep or dead. Just flat out rude at some points. Told me it was a 5 minute wait when I ordered which I was fine with, but she acted like she wasn’t ok with me waiting. When I got to the window I handed her a $10 bill for my order. And she practically shoved my change at me and walked away while only saying “5 minute wait.” I was really surprised to see a printed sticker in the drive thru window that stated “exact change or pay with card.” I waited patiently for my food. The girl came back and practically threw the bag at me. When I got home, which is not far, and opened the bag the box wasn’t even closed properly and some of my food had fell out into the bag.

I’ve been working in customer service for 10+ year and been going to this exact location for 10+ years never have I had an experience like I i did tonight (03/01/36). I ordered a plate and a bigger plate with a large drink and a kids drink. My order came to $30.55. The cashier Anders did not give me a receipt so when I found metal bristles in my fried rice the head manager on shift on Sunday March 1st, 2026 told me I could not get my money back for my meals because I did not have a receipt. I told her that not my fault he didn’t ask me/give me for a receipt. She said you can give me your name and come in tomorrow and eat again. I said no I honestly don’t want to come back. I want my money. She agreed to give me my money back, but continued to have an attitude with me about giving my money back to me. Also side note customers after us had a hard time finding a place to sit and eat because there was very few clean tables. After 10+ years of coming here for a healthyer meal I’m very sad to say I will not be coming back to this location.

Did online ordering thinking it would be faster. Big mistake! I waited there for over 30 min while everyone in line inside and drive through got their food right away. Then I get it home to find they messed the order up. For my son’s order, instead of broccoli beef they gave him grilled chicken. Do not order online from here!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for over 7 years. I live in Canada. Food is always amazing, no complaints there. Staff Katheryn was amazing. Service with a smile. She was really friendly and I would highly recommend her to be the best. Good job Katheryn. But my complaint is with a person who doesn’t know how to polite and her name is Melanie. Rude service from her. I think it’s cause of my color?? I don’t know. Rude rude rude!!!!!

Did an online order thinking it’d be faster, i waited an extra 20 mins past my pick up time, my order was supposed to be ready, ALL the workers were noticeably ignoring me because they knew I was there for an online order. The moment I called my husband to come in and talk to them about the order they slammed the order on the counter and said the order was ready. I didnt even get straws for my drinks.

This use to be the go to Panda Express! But last two times I have gone for dinner, has been nothing but a disappointment!! Whoever they have cooking for the dinner rush needs to be better trained.. both times I’ve gone my noodles where bland and kind of pale looking. By beef and broccoli had no flavor and my teriyaki chicken was super dry… after my first bad experience I thought maybe the second time would be better. Mind you first time was 2 months ago so I figured “okay” enough time has passed but NOPE! Whoever is cooking needs to be let go or taught how to do it right someone is not doing their job. this place is definitely not a good spot for Panda Express anymore..

Decent food for the price, good service from the employees, but for such a busy location, sometimes having drive thru lines through their entire parking lot that generally stays pretty full. They have a horrible drive through equipment. The clearance sign is destroyed and set to the side of the Drive thru not even cleaned up, the Drive thru menu doesn’t light up fully leaving the far side unreadable, they have no display on the speaker showing your order taking place. It’s feels like the Owners don’t care to upkeep or renovate their property, despite this location being extremely popular in Bellingham. Make it make sense, because it just looks bad

This is by far the worst Panda Express I’ve ever experienced. They don’t open when they say. And I’ve waited in an open drive thru line for 15 minutes or more on multiple occasions. If you’re desperate for Panda go here but it’s preferable to go to the mall and that’s saying something. Food is always a toss up between being good and tasting like trash. I would give it zero stars if I could. Don’t come here if you’re on your lunch or dinner break.
