Quick service & yummy food. The chicken sandwiches are amazing! The apple pie is crispy on the outside & ooey gooey on the inside. It’s like grandma’s during the holidays. Try the double cheeseburger. It’s nice & hefty.

Rude guy working the drive through didn’t like that I needed more than 10 seconds to decide what I wanted. He pretty much threw my order at me when it was ready. I have not gone back to this location since. I will drive 15 minutes out of my way to another location before I go back here.

The fries here are nice, although ShortStop isn’t too diet friendly (I wouldn’t expect much from a fast food place). This particular location has been open for a while and I’ve had people tell me that they were here in the 80s. It’s a little place to stop if you need a quick snack, like all fast food places.

I went to Short Stop for my first time recently and I got the “Chicken Slammer Meal” which came with the chicken sandwich, fries, and a warm apple pie. I thought for the amount of food you get and the cost, it was a good deal.
The pie could have been a little more hot, but otherwise the pie was good. The chicken sandwich I thought was okay. Nothing remarkable. The fries I were impressed with though. They were skinny like McDonald’s fries and salted perfectly. They were hot and crispy. There tea was supposed to be good so I got that, but I wasn’t blown away. 3.5 stars out of 5.

This location has the nicest staff and they make great food at great prices …… food is always hot and fresh and they are quick !!! Thank you to the staff here because I come eat here 3 times a week . Plus I love the catfish platter on Fridays!!!!!

Forgot to take pictures because I was super hungry but Short Stop serves up a classic burger and fries. I got the #3 double meat double cheese and enjoyed every bite. Grabbed a hot apple pie which hit the spot. This spot is a 10/10 I am coming back whenever I need a classic burger.

I love this place. The fries and pies are unbeatable aside from the burgers being great. That being said, this location owes me a couple of dozen pies from orders in the last year. I don’t always have time to head back and get my pie they forgot and I dont always check my bag. You really shouldn’t have to check your bag every time you break for fast food though.

I heard so many good things about this place from multiple people, but maybe I’m confused or I came on the wrong day.
I got the chicken tenders w/ white gravy and fries.
The chicken tenders were over breaded, over fried, and salty. Although the gravy was flavorful, it could have also used less salt. Thankfully, the fries were fresh, crunchy, and perfectly soft in the middle. 3/10, would not recommend.
