Great service provided today by team member Isaac. He was very friendly and made us feel like welcomed guests. The Chicken Bacn Ranch wraps were delicious as well as the Oatmeal CC cookie. We will defintely be back!

Tables were all dirty, employees just standing around. Sandwiches were disappointing, and what the heck happened to their sugar cookies? Thin and crunchy, not thick, buttery and soft anymore. What a disappointment, I used to love this place.

I love potbelly but this one really sucked. It was definitely just the employees cause you have to tell them what you want as you go down the line so for them to get it wrong anyway is just annoying, however I made a comment about how runny the shakes were while Jake was poring them and after trying it and was very obviously ignored both times. I just threw the sandwich and flavored milk and went to neighboring chipotle

Haven’t been here in awhile and decided to stop in for a lunch and order our favorites the Italian and A Wreck Sandwiches. Love the perfectly toasted bun that is just thick enough to hold everything together without being heavy. Can also order your bun sliced thinner to cut carbs. Veggies are sliced super thin and that keeps them from sliding out. Like the pickle planks idea for the same reason. Great combination of meats including Capicola and Mortadella! The Jalapeno Giardiniera complements the sandwich without overwhelming with heat. Manager even stopped by to ask how everything was. Great customer service! Will definitely swing in more often! Place has a great nostalgic ambiance. New Cubano Sandwich is a great rendition of what we love in a Cuban! Generous serving of flavorful pulled pork with ham and Swiss cheese.

Potbelly is a good option for fast food. They use fresher ingredients than most places serving quick bites. We have enjoyed the mushroom melt and flatbread chicken sandwiches. I also like the soups… love that they’ve added a soup and sandwich deal right now. If you want it even quicker, they have a call ahead option or an app as well.

DO NOT order on the app!!! I had to wait for 7 other in-person orders (multiple sandwiches) before mine was started. Only 3 of which were in the store before me. My order would have obviously been in wayyy before they arrived as i ordered 5 minutes before leaving my house.
Will not use the app again EVER!
