First Time entering Chicken Express. The service there REALLY puts the “Express” in Chicken Express. My order came before I was able to go to the drinks. My brother said it costs extra to get barbecue sauce there but it was free all along. I would love to go inside instead of drive thru due to the speed. However the place was smaller on the inside.

Time to call the health department on this location. The okra was RAW, the chicken was not fully cooked, the biscuits were…..i don’t even know….. And
the order wasn’t complete. And the SMELL WAS HORRIFIC.

The menu doesn’t specify that when you order the fish COMBO it’s a roll OR biscuit OR hush puppies. When I ordered I was only given biscuit or roll, I was never given hush puppies as an option. When I looked online it says “1 side, hush puppies and a drink” so I was kinda disappointed when I opened my box to find no hush puppies. Kinda needs to be more specific, the way it’s listed it makes it appear that the hush puppies come with the fish. Apparently not. I was approached 2 times and read off the wrong order. And then when I spoke to someone on the phone she said it was OR. The fish is the ONLY thing I order from chicken express and I’ve never had this issue. Mac and cheese was just MUSH. No noodles like it was already eaten

Rhonda is so kind and professional everytime I come here that I know her kind voice and had to ask her name last time. Well everyone I have encountered here has been nothing but kind and accommodating. The food is always hot and fresh. My mom got me started on eating chicken livers from here about 2 weeks ago. I would see her eat them and other people with great skin, and figured that my mom must be doing something right. Her skin is so good lol, but I could never bring myself to try them. But anyhow last time she had them, she offered me one smothered in hot sauce. I was hungry and it was hot/fresh and smelled so good so I figured I could just atleast try it. Well I’m hooked now. You know what they say, don’t judge a book by its cover. Well if you’re not open to chicken livers, I’d recommend the rolls, corn fritters, fried fish or chicken tenders. Also another HUGE compliment I have to give is their fountain drinks don’t have that yucky taste(fish tank) if you know what I mean and they are pretty well carbonated and actually taste really close to that drink as if it were coming straight from the bottle or can.

I ordered chicken from this chicken express an eight piece mix. The chicken was terrible. It had no flavor and it was over burnt. I will no longer order anything from this place again do not recommend it at all!!

We never had this problem with the Chicken Express in Kennedale.
I really wanted to enjoy this visit, but unfortunately, it missed the mark. Both of our Cokes were completely flat—no fizz at all. We called right away to let the staff know and returned an hour later for an exchange. They had more than enough time to swap out the carbonation, but clearly hadn’t done so—the replacements were just as flat.
For a place that prides itself on fast service, we were also stuck at the drive-thru window for over 7 minutes with no explanation or apology while the cashier pretended to be busy. Disappointing experience overall.

30 minute wait for chicken at 5:30. More than 10 people behind the counter. Had to take my order 3 times. I get he was new but the others were not.maybe 1 person near 20. It seems the owners just don’t care to help this group of employees succeed.
When I got the food, chicken was hot but gizzards are like boot leather and that was part of the wait!!

Ehhh…its ok. Its exactly what the name implies. They serve chicken…kinda fast. Food was good, prices were ok, service was good, place was clean. Nice place to get a meal for the kids without all the added expense.
