A young kid was working behind the counter tonight and wouldn’t make eye contact while we stood in line for 30 minutes without taking our order. They focused on online orders, DoorDash, and drive thru instead of the patrons waiting inside in line. I’m sure it has to do with their wait times and order execution- but if families choose to dine in- not making eye contact- and asking us to stand there while everyone else is served is deplorable customer service.

Was in drive thru for 45 minutes and still waited for food
I work fast food and this is pathetic drive thru is not that hard and having only a few people in the store is not enough
Your workers are tired and we can see it
Hire more people
Get them help soon so you can help your customers faster
Not their fault they don’t have the help
But still probably won’t be back anytime soon

I have a big family and we get mainly all our sandwiches plain. Half our sandwiches were made wrong. Took us about 3 times to get them corrected. After both managers wanted to get an attitude with me and the cashier all tho it was the cashiers first day up there. While the manager was standing there staring off in space she could have helped the cashier with the order knowing she was having trouble. But instead both managers yell at this poor lady. I will not be coming back and I wouldnt even recommend this job for anyone. The managers are horrible and not people friendly at all.

Waited longer than needed for someone to even take the order and they couldn’t even take our order properly, wasnt communicating what was going on, refused to answer anything, multiple people are just driving forward and leaving. This place is a joke when it’s late I DO NOT RECOMMEND BY ANY MEANS.

Kinda sucked, not to mention my three deluxe burgers took FOREVER to get ready. Plus they even spelled my name wrong, I’m not “Wooliam.” Insane. Otherwise the burgers were okay, but they kinda reminded me of those oysters I had in Siberia with Vlad. That’s a good or bad thing depending on how much you like oysters, specifically the salty ones from the tundra. Would love if they could upgrade the seating too; I miss the stiff wooden chairs.

I ordered 4 chicken tinder’s. I sat at the window for 32 minutes before leaving without my food. They brought a 2 piece and an extra 4 piece to the car behind me (they asked if that was my order). I could’ve killed a chicken, dressed it, breaded it, read it a story, played 3 games of Tik tak toe with it and had it out well before the 30 minute mark. Figure it out.

Food wasnt good and made wrong. The managers attitude towards the team wasn’t any better. She could be heard screaming “are you just gonna look at me” from the lobby. Also almost every table was gross.

Biggie bags are a decent deal, and kiddos like them. Service is decent at this location. It is hard to get into because of its location.

Food is hit or miss. It could be delicious, or it could be something that had been recooked multiple times instead of being thrown away (see included pic). About 30% of the time they forget something. So always check your bag at the window. Or you’ll be waiting in line another 20 minutes. Finally, and what annoys me the most, the employees are all extremely rude. Working fast food is probably awful. But it doesn’t excuse rushing people, being short, or having a rude and put off attitude. No response when you say thank you or have a good day. The only reason I go back is because I really enjoy Wendy’s food. But I dread going to this location.

Burgers were awesome as usual. Hot and fresh. Lady working the drive through doesn’t belong in customer service. I asked for more crackers for the chili and she told her co-worker “he has enough” co-worker gave them to me anyway
