I don’t think it’s a location problem. I think it’s Burger King in general. Compared to In-N-out Who offers exceptional service with a smile and provides extreme quality Burger King needs to step it up. I always get heartburn at Burger King but they have great fries. My whopper never looks like the picture that entices me And you can tell the employees are only putting in their time.

This BK branch wants you to finish your food in 30 minutes and get out of the store even the store is empty. But they could not kick out a homeless guy sitting on the floor. I was here just once so I don’t know if homeless people are always here everyday. Also store was freezing cold like you were eating with outside temperature of 42.

I had a very disappointing experience here last night. I placed an online order around 11:20 PM, and the restaurant was shown as open until 12:00 AM. I arrived at the drive-thru around 11:30, but there was no one there. I could even see my receipt and order printed inside, but all the employees had already left. I only had 13 liras in my account and was really hungry, so I couldn’t order anywhere else. I called customer service, and they said the refund would take 3–5 days. I ended up going home hungry. Very unprofessional to close early while still accepting online orders.

Great place to save on food using coupons. No lines, and restrooms are available. The restaurant is clean, employees are helpful, and inside dining is allowed. Everyone who purchases food in this restaurant must show a proof of Covid-19 vacation.

Not much parking spaces, most tables that I targeted to sit weren’t clean, there was only one person taking orders for the drive thru and for the window, but all in all it wasn’t a bad experience at all, I went late in the evening about 6 or 6:30 pm.

Came inside to order food. Needed to have someone open the restroom with a key. The floor was soaking wet. No sign anywhere. Then I had to ask for toilet paper as there wasn’t any. After washing my hands I discovered there weren’t any paper towels. So I went to the counter with dripping wet hands and said to the worker there were no paper towels. I got a faint, barely audible “sorry” . I asked her for extra napkins so I could dry my hands. Waiting, waiting, crickets. Asked again for more napkins for my wet hands then finally handed more napkins. 3 napkins. I haven’t eaten at a Burger King in years

Tonight 12/21/23 10:11pm, we approached the drive thru window with coupon codes to place orders. The cashier who took the order was not pleasant. Upon arrival to the window, she did not greet me. She said the amount then took payment. Later she demanded the coupons. Coupons were handed to her. She gave the order stuffed in one bag. Upon confirming the order, we noticed cheese on the burgers. I brought it to her attention. She replied, “I didn’t hear no cheese” she rolled her eyes and walked off. She later came back to the window demanding the burgers with cheese. I gave them to her. She closed the window then later returned with the burgers without cheese. The tomatoes on the whopper were soggy.

The worst I’ve ever been in my whole life. It’s the second time they give me the wrong order. Lazy workers that don’t do their work as they should! I asked for some mayonnaise and ketchup and they gave me a sandwich made of mayonnaise, ketchup and burger only.
