My fiancé & I had stopped to grab some subs. I had ordered their cheesy garlic steak & everything was just fine till I had gone to eat it & there was a bone in my sub. I called the store to let them know I had gotten a bone in my sandwich & receive attitude for no reason. Worker didn’t even care.

I’ve been to many Subway places, but I’d have to say this one is the best. Everybody who works there always seems to be in a good mood and I’ve never seen anyone working there with a bad attitude towards a customer or co-worker. But by far the best thing about this one is that they actually listen to what you order. When you ask for light onions, they give you light onions. It always makes my day happy when I get a fresh sub here.

My husband & I went there to eat after grocery shopping. At checkout, my husband grabbed his sub & a cup while I paid. The girl asked me if I wanted any chips, cookies or drink. I said only a drink. While we were eating, the owner (I’m assuming) came up to us, with a receipt & said we didn’t pay for the drink & we can take care of it after we eat. I told him I told the girl I wanted a drink. She stood behind him saying I didn’t. My husband put $3 on the counter & we left. We saw the owner in self checkout on our way out & I told him we paid more than enough for the drink & I didn’t appreciate being called a thief or a liar. Won’t go back to that subway again. Management & employees just aren’t the same as before unfortunately.

I have been buying subs from this Subway for over 3 years because I am a truck driver who picks up at Walmart in Madison. Within the last 6 weeks management has changed or a new owner has purchased Subway and the quality and service has bottomed out. They short you on all the toppings… Even to their pretzels if you ask for salt or the cinnamon sugar, they put so little on, that by the time it’s put in the wrapper, the wrapper soaks it all up. Staff is rude…young boys who could care less to be there and they show it. The two ladies who were fantastic left with the management or owner change. I watched them make subs today using just their fingertips to grab as little lettuce as possible. For a 12 inch sub , they put 4 cucumber slices on it for the customer ahead of me…absolutely ridiculous! 2 subs for $19 that were completely flat!

Obviously this subway located in wal mart is under new ownership. I had coupons that we receive in the mail, first the kid asked me if I was using a coupon then he asked to see it,he proceeded to tell me they would not honor it because I ordered one of there new subs the all American club (which has been on there menu for quite some time)well after they told me it was there managers instructions I left.i proceeded to call Subway, after some trying I was told there’s no reason for them not to honor any coupons since they have already been paid for thru subway. Not a very good business tactic ,dont go there!

Literally just did what she wanted when making a sandwich. Told her I didn’t want toasted bread nor did I want heated up bbq sauce. Toasted everything, then got visibly upset when I asked for a bottled water. Held my receipt out with a mad look on her face, couldn’t even say “have a good day.”

Seen a great BOGO offer on Subway’s app and proceeded to order for delivery. Food was ordered by 2:00 and DoorDash didn’t pick up our food until 3:10. Unfortunately, Subway can’t control DoorDaah and had the food made on time but has done nothing to try and help accommodate the situation stating there’s nothing we can do contact DoorDash. After contacting DoorDash they said we have to contact Subway and have them contact DoorDash in which they were not willing to do so…
