I recommend you try it, if you are a fan of bagels. I recommend you order in person if you’re getting lunch sandwiches.
I wanted to give 5 stars as I am a fan of Einstein Bros bagels and bagel sandwiches so I know what to expect from their brand (Quality).
This location had their grand opening last week and we were excited about it. On that day our sandwiches were scrumptious and we were greeted by the staff upon entering which was a nice touch on service (Keep that going).
Since then we’ve ordered 3 times that’s how good the Tasty Turkey and Turkey Bacon Avocado is (Both are refreshing).
I’m a little disappointed that the 2nd time one sandwich was missing the turkey, we called and they did rectify it for the next visit so I didn’t write a review, however today my Tasty Turkey had a tiny slither of turkey on it so I have to review so this doesn’t continue to happen especially being brand new. Hopefully management will make sure their team doesn’t compromise the quality and give customers what they are paying for. These sandwiches cost $10+ and it’s a real treat to buy. The meat is the most expensive part of the sandwich and it should be enough on there to taste. I believe with Mobile Orders the quality isn’t the same as ordering in person.
**Overall I’d definitely give them another chance, I’ll just order differently going forward. Another note, you can’t order extra anything on the Mobile App so this is something you can do when ordering in person. I provided pictures of the Tasty Turkey and chips from today, you can see how tasty it looks (Just need more turkey).

This place has some amazing bagels and croissants. Their bacon/egg/chz croissant is so freaking good.
My wife is obsessed with their Island coffee. Service is great, my orders are always correct, and even when there’s a long line, they get you through quick. If you’re ordering multiple bagels, just get the small tub of cream cheese, it’s the best value. I like all the bagels, but the Parm, the jalapeno and the cinnamon/sugar are all amazing. Get it toasted with butter and the tip cream cheese, sooooo good. We have a massive deficit of good food in Douglasville and am very thankful you guys are here. Keep up the great work and I wish you all the success in the New Year!!!

I visited this location on Sat., 2/7 around 10:45am. The female cashier was observed digging in her nose multiple times while taking my order and another customer’s order. It appears they were fixing a nose piercing. The sane cashier then proceeded to prepare food touching gloves without washing their hands. The customer waiting area had debris on the floor. There was also food on the floor in the food prep area. I ordered 2 blueberry bagels with strawberry smear and it tasted like onions. This was a bad experience and I won’t go back. Please train your staff in proper hygiene.

Jordan & Evan!!!!! These two were AMAZING! I loved everything about my experience. They took great care of me! And I’d recommend everyone who loves EBB (Like, who doesn’t?!) to come to this location if it’s within your proximity. Yay! And the food is great!!!! But y’all knew that though.

I love Einsteins and was glad when this location opened up, however, I would like to suggest getting onion bagels. The one out Cumberland and Dunwoody have it and that’s my favorite bagel. I am not able to order from this location and it really sucks cause I miss eating here!

Made an online order and I walked in after 30 minutes. I wasn’t even acknowledged upon entrance or anytime during my whole experience. I waited a few more moments, was skipped in line before I finally had to approach an employee to ask for my order. 0/10 experience
