I miscounted & went to the wrong window. I thought that this was no big deal . Then I get a bunch of attitude telling me I was at the wrong window? Ok ok. No problem I’ll back up…really lady manager relax! Something always happens when I go to this BK. Who wants pay for attitude at 8:10a in the morning. This is my last time, I will never spend another $1 here again.

I ordered through the app but unfortunately routed to a different location. I tried canceling and the online robot said 48 hours and someone may reach out. I was upset because I was on lunch. When I got to this location, I explained what happened and they made my order super quick and honored the price. The young lady at the window on headset was amazing too, her attitude was so helpful.

Stopped by here because we were looking at cars to buy but didn’t go through. Clean restaurant and nice people. Sits in a big plaza with food 4 less, hibachi buffet, IHOP, target and other stores near by. This street gets pretty busy during traffic peak. Highway is nearby and Walmart across the street. A few oil company and other company’s nearby as well maybe that’s why it’s so busy.

Kinda slow, then, as I took takeout, the food was really cold after only 5-8 minutes. They accepted my coupon, but heavy pickles means 4, heavy onions means not even four strands. Come on, put a whole slice on it, It’s what I want. I’d rather be taking stuff off my sandwich than be saying, man, I told them extra pickles and onions, and this isn’t cutting it.

Every time I come to the drive-through, the guy Daniel that always works in the morning is phenomenal. He always goes above and beyond. Make sure everything is fresh and always has a smile on his face. Appreciate it so much. I will definitely be coming back but only for Daniel
