The pizza was very good, but it was tough figuring out if my payment was accepted properly. We waited for the pizza hoping that the order was placed with a backup plan if it never arrived. If this business fixed a few things with customer service they would have a 4-5 star business.

What an absolute rip-off.
I am a long time customer at the Homer Glen location. This is the first time I tried the Orland location and will never be there again. I just paid nearly $50 for a pizza and 6 wings — and got served garbage. The pizza was bland and greasy, the wings were a complete joke, and they looked nothing like the photo they used to advertise them. False advertising at its finest. This place is a scam, plain and simple. I wouldn’t eat here again if the food were free.
Save your money and your stomach — stay far away from this dump.

I called and put me on hold for 5 mins till someone anwsered the phone. They took my order and they had me repeat my adress 5 times and did not even ask for a phone number. I called back to get a eta on the ⁰delivery time and the female who anwsered the phone once she said how many I help you she reponded ya ya ya I know you want your food you will get it!she said ya ya ya 5 times before she was about to hang up on me.the pizza showed up a hour in half late. The pizza was burnt and the fries were cold as well as the mozzarella sticks. The red sauce was tiped over in the bag. I went to call to complain and talk to a manager they just hang up on you. This is the worst experience that I have ever had. Do not order from this location I promise you they have the worst customer service is the word. If your thinking of ordering dont order some were else. Ps it was rosatis pizza in orland Park il 60462

I wish I read the reviews before ordering here. Ordered via Grubhub. Sausage pizza was delicious. I requested Cannela bites (cinnamon sugar), I received plain dough bites with a side of Marinara. When I called, I was transferred to a manager and I couldn’t understand what she was saying. She told me she will send cannolis as a replacement. It never came.

Do not doordash or to-go from here. Caesar salad didn’t come with caesar dressing and asked for no croutons but came with balsamic vinaigrette and croutons. Meatball sub was just plain meatballs with cheese, no sauce. Got parmesan garlic dough nuggets, they were plain and no garlic parmesan on them. Ordered a dr pepper, got a pepsi (which wasn’t that big of a deal). Wings were extremely dry. Feel like money was wasted and some didn’t eat tonight due to how bad everything was. Won’t be ordering from this location again or coming here.

However, I thought it would have the same quality based on us getting food from the one in Homer Glen for many years. sadly, it sounds like the owner is doing NOTHING to improve this location .these problems have been going on for months and nothing is changing. I’m going to try to reach out to the Rosati‘s main office and explain my experience with the Palos Park location.

I’ve never experienced such horrible service. This place has no respect for the diners nor the high paying customers. Food was expensive cold over an hr late and tasted like cardboard sorry I will make sure no1 I know will come to this place! Hope it was worth the $70 to gain such a bad reputation to the manager that hung up in my face!

This is the worst Rosati’s location I have ever eaten at. I have ordered from this location a couple times and each time the pizza is cold, dry and hard. It takes forever to be delivered. It seems like the pizzas are made earlier in the day and kept in a hot box until somebody calls to order. Today I ordered and the pizza took an hour and 20 minutes to be delivered. Again it was delivered cold, hard, dry, and without extra cheese which I paid for. I also got wings, which arrived cold to the touch. I called to complain and was told there was “no manager, they will call tomorrow”. How is that acceptable at all? I have been a longtime customer of Rosati’s at multiple different locations. This by far is the poorest representation of a business franchise that I have ever eaten at. As much as I like Rosati’s pizza, I have to say from this point on, I will have to be searching for a new place to get pizza. It is truly sad that one franchise can ruin a business’s reputation so badly..
