What a fantastic experience this was. We were immediately recognized as first-timers, and we couldn’t have been in better hands than with Jess. They walked us through all the types of pizzas and sides, and offered us suggestions and options to make sure we had the best first experience with Prime we possibly could.
The pizza was made with care, each slice had a unique flavor profile, and the dough and sauces were a real revelation – you can taste the time they have put into every slice, and we’ll happily return to enjoy it all again.

Had the Sicilian what a nice surprise. From the dough tonthe sauce to the cheese was made perfect. The dough was Soft in the middle and crunchy and a bit burnt on the edges. The bits of pesto sauce added to the taste of the sauce made it great.
And the regular New York style pie is amazing, too thin crust and crunchy. Perfect amount of cheese and baked perfectly.

Prime Pizza has been one of my favorite spots to get lunch or dinner for a while now. Until now I’d have to drive to Burbank or Altadena to get a slice of their terrific pizza and delicious bread rolls. I love the square pizza. All the flavors are great. Don’t miss the garlic knots. They are fantastic.

I had a not great experience my first visit here. After speaking to the manager I came back to try this place again. 2nd time the pizza was great and freshly made! Heather and Andy the managers were friendly and did a great job with customer service and acknowledging my previous experience.4star for service.
The place was super clean, the cashier girl was nice and helpful..as well as the girl that prepared my order. I ordered slices white pizza and vodka pizza .. pretty tasty..
I would visit this place again .

The spicy pepperoni square pie was perfection. A pricey pizza but it’s big! They have a couple tables outside where you can eat, and more inside. The staff was friendly. They had a bunch of premade pizza on display if you just want a slice. I’ll be back for sure – welcome to the west valley!

I ll give it a solid 3. The place has been opened recently – looks cool inside, design elements are great, service was fast. The pricing is also good – I got 3 card board slices of pizza for $5 each
The problem is that it was bland. Very generic taste, even tho the crust and dough are great. I got sicilian, vodka and chicken bbq. All of them had sour tomato sauce on them it was rather unpleasant to eat.
Chicken BBQ had jalapenos by default which I have never seen in any other pizza place before – its always an optional thing. I cannot stand spicy food so I ditched eating it. Pizza here is edible but nothing to come back for. Not recommended

I had heard great things about Prime Pizza so I was excited to try it out. I ordered a cheese pizza with basil. The pizza was a bit of a disappointment. The sauce was a let down it was sour and flavorless. The dough was decent. I recognize pizza is subject so your mileage may very.

Justine, Bre, and Timothy!!! You guys were so sweet to our family coming in 40min before closing time. The pizza was so delicious. All of the house made sauces (Marinara and Ranch and Spicy Ranch) added more flavor to our slices. The Arnold Palmer had a nice sweet-tart balance. And the music was 90’s R&B!!! We sang to our daughters and they didn’t mind! Thanks guys!!

This place rocks, the Pizza is just the way i like it with a crunchy undercarriage and lots of thicker sauce. I like the square more than the pie. Probably my top 2 favorite pizza in the valley
All the negative reviews about this place are mad the old place is gone and are projecting it onto Prime for no reason
Nothing will ever beat Primes Burbank location but at least this ones closer to me

Been wanting to try this place for awhile finally got my chance. $5.00 bucks a slice i got two slices of pepperoni. To get a good taste well the Taste wasn’t there. Sauce had no flavor pepperoni over cooked. Barely any cheese with plenty of grease. Theres way to many spots in The SFV to Try. Sorry Moving on.
Not Worth $5 bucks a Slice.
