My brother and sister-in-law ordered three pizzas and a sub. The order tracker indicated that it would be ready for pickup in about 25 to 30 minutes. Then, the tracker stalled, and the order never indicated it was ready. My brother called, and a young lady answered the phone, saying she didn’t see the order in the system, but they’d have it ready in 15 minutes. My brother waited 20, and then he and I went to pick it up. There were at least ten people in this tiny place waiting for overdue orders! The same young lady at the desk was extremely rude when my brother asked what the issue was, and she said, “You can either wait, or we can cancel your order.” Right after that, the guy making pizzas behind her yelled, “I’m not rushing any carry out orders!” Obviously, no one was getting their orders at all, and since we had already been waiting over an hour, we cancelled. No apology, no offer to make it right. NOTHING but attitude and incompetence. No one in our family will use this sorry excuse for a Dominos again.

The slowest dominoes I have ever ordered from. The first time I thought was just a coincidence. However, it wasn’t. It’s like this every single time, and half the time the pizzas are still doughy when they finally say they are ready for pickup. I’d have to say my average wait time from the time I place an order to actually being handed my food is more than 45 minutes. You can stand at the counter waiting for help with more than 8+ people working and will not be even acknowledged.

I called Domino’s and place the order for delivery. The lady on the phone let me know that the delivery will be here within 18 to 20 minutes. 45 minutes go by I’ll call the Domino’s that I ordered pizza from and they told me they never gotten an order for me at my location. I begin to tell them well. I’ve already paid for the pizza so where did the order go? They’re like maybe at another location so the lady on the phone gave me the location that it might have went to I called that location and the guy tells me yeah the order got sent here, but I canceled it. No one called to let me know the order was canceled. I have been sitting here waiting on a pizza for over an hour so the guy tells me yeah I canceled your order and I called the other store so that they can make your pizza and send it to you. He then begins to tell me well. I’ll call over there and speak with the manager and have them make your pizza and have it sent out to you for free. I said OK another 30 minutes pass. I’ll call the store again. Another guy picks up the phone and tells me that they’re not allowed to do that. I said no one was gonna call and tell me he pretty much said no, but we can make you free pizza here but you have to come and pick it up. I said no thank you and hung up those two locations suck and I will never order pizza from neither one of those places again the communication is zero out of 100. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back for pizza I never even received. The locations are this one and the one on Cedarcrest!!

All I know is that I added goat cheese to my spinach, onion, pepperoni, and Italian sausage pizza and felt like I was in a gourmet restaurant but at my house! Jesus this was a good lunch!!! The brownies were still warm! This may be a 1x week tradition!!

This is our go to dominos. Unfortunately this night it looked like someone got hungry and took a bite or 2 from the crust before we got it. ( Obviously I doubt that happened) The person cutting the pizza and doing quality control seemed deep in conversation and must have gone a little hard on the cuts.

Me, my wife and our little guy Ethan went to this Domino’s where we met Tim and Joe. And let me tell you, we had the best experience ever. These guys went over and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for us and our little (autistic) joy. I give them 5 STARS over and over again. Everyone should get there pizza at this location. I appreciate you all. See yall soon
