Dishonest business. Make the drive or another store worth it.
Not only was my order wrong. It was cold… Worst part is they were so empty and doing nothing when I walked it that it made no sense I. why.
This is the first and worst domino experience… Even in third world countries you get better.

Horrible experience!! I don’t usually write negative reviews but today’s experience was so horrible I had to take time out of my schedule to comment about it.
Anyway, I ordered 3 pizzas with extra cheese for pick up from dominos on 1918 E Osceola Pkwy. Steve prepared the order and my husband picked it up as soon as it was ready.
When we check the pizza there’s no extra cheese and we can see the main ingredients like the tomato sauce and dough in some areas. I specifically asked for “EXTRA CHEESE” not regular cheese and FYI there shouldn’t be parts of the pizza missing cheese.
Mind you the pizza was made by Steve “the manager” and upon contacting the store he denied our claim. If Steve would’ve been honest we would have sufficed with just putting a note in our account so that this issue won’t be repeated in the future. Instead he refused to be honest and so dominos just lost a loyal customer and gained another negative review.
In the end, we ended up eating the pizza as the kids were hungry and didn’t want to make another trip to the store. I have included a pic of the pizza we got in comparison to one posted on Dominos Twitter page with extra cheese and another extra cheese with pepperoni.
The lighting is not that good but you can still see the parts that are missing cheese.

I have only ordered twice here. The first experience they forgot part of my order, but Domino’s made it right. However, you can only report one problem with an order. The pizza was overdone. Second order I picked up and the same thing with the pizza, way overdone! I’m afraid to try anything else there as I don’t care for my food to be almost burnt…

I never write reviews, but this is ridiculous. Everytime I order from here I spend at least $60 worth in pizza. The pizza taste like cardboard, there’s little to no seasoning on the crust. It tastes like nothing. Three boxes of pizza just gone to waste because no one wants to eat it due to the lack of flavor. This location used to be great, never had any issues. I don’t know what’s going on.

Disappointed in the pizza Kevin made for me this evening. How is there one slice of pizza with a bunch of toppings and the other with no toppings at all? Then in my second pizza order, a huge bubble on another slice. Also, instead of getting hand-tossed, I got thin crust. I ordered the same exact order last time, and the last order was perfect, but this one surprised me. If a pizza order looks like this, call the customer first to get their input on whether or not they want a pizza like this delivered before bringing it over. I may order pizza somewhere else now.

Domino’s pizza is always excellent!!! We order over the phone and we pick it up so that it is much easier for us. The pizza was to die for because we ask for a little bit extra sauce on the pizza and what a difference it makes, So Delicious!!! The chicken wings are awesome. We tried the barbecue ones and they were delicious. The mild ones were not that bad too.

What in the world? The pizza delivered to us was a sloppy mess! We ordered a pan pizza with regular Alfredo sauce, chicken strips and half pineapples. There was no pineapples on the pizza. The box was covered in grease and overflowing in sauce and oil. I have never been so grossed out. I contacted corporate and got an automated message that they contacted the store, but I never got a response back. On the bright side, service was fast, as we ordered on the app.
