This is first and last time we will be here my goodness what mess first of all there they were almost out everything drinks included but they domt tell you that until you pay then they tell you drink machine is out then you ask for refund and they say they can’t do it. Then the drive through closed and doors were locked like if you dont wanna work just quit or plz close down burger king also wait like 1hour + then when we got food everything was just thrown into the bag as if they didnt care. THIS PLACE WAS A MESS AND WORST EXPERIENCE besides that food actually tasted alright

Tried the spongebob meal on a whim. They had to sub for a hershey pie, the special drink was totally wrong and staff did not care, and the burger had ZERO SAUCE, what the hell !!
Also the staff was rude and didn’t know the difference between an additional drink and a substitution. Definitely wont be back even if my life depended on it.

Last night we tried to come through the drive thru and they told us it would be 30 minutes because they spilled grease, the next day (today) we came to eat in at 5pm on Sunday and the lobby was locked with people inside ordering. We walked to the other doors and they were also locked. A patron let us in, the woman was yelling ” I can’t do both ” I walked to order my food and she continued to yell about something, I was ignored for a solid 5 minutes until someone took my order. This lady continues to walk around doing nothing but be upset that she has to work at her job. It’s not busy. This is ridiculous.

This McDonalds was nasty. Trash everywhere. The bathrooms were also disgusting and smelled like pure ammonia. Food tasted fine and the people behind the counter were friendly. Food took way to long, like 15mins and there was only us and 1 other person in the store.

We placed an online order and sat for 20min as the girl in the front kept demanding fries. When we finally got our food! When I tell you that the top bun was disintegrating it was quite literally disintegrating! The whole sandwich just fell apart in my hands. On top of having whopper bits my fries were undercooked but they were cooked in old oil as well as my onion rings and my husband’s chicken. Never again. Don’t go here choose one of the other restaurants. Absolutely disgusting.

I don’t know what was going on with the Whopper buns, but between The members of our party three of us had Whoppers. When you opened up the Whoppers the top bun appeared either cracked or as though there was a hole in it. And as soon as you tried to take a bite of your sandwich it kind of disintegrated on you. It turned into a mess of slime. Was not a good experience. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had food wise at a Burger King.

We sat in drive thru line for more than 20 minutes. We pulled straight up to the ordering spot and from there to the window we sat for more than 20 minutes. People started driving off. Also the employee doing ice had his pants below his knees with his red underwear showing. I took a picture for proof.

Didn’t have most of the food in their new sponge bob meal, people up there barely knew what what were talking about and overall it was a bad experience, they instead of telling us that they are out of stuff for the meal just gave us strawberry instead of pineapple and didn’t give us anything but the burger and fries, I am very disappointed in this interaction

Southern Hospitality at its Finest
From the outside entrance, the bathrooms, the lobby, to the back area you can see from the counter was clean. Miss Mary and the other lady at the front almost made me think I was in a small local diner instead of the hustle and bustle of the fast food industry. They weren’t busy with customers but they were all checking everything cleaning and going through checklist instead of sitting around gossiping like we’re used to in the big city. Another lady walked in as I was leaving and they actually said hello mrs.xxx, addressed her by her name. I knew this lady was a customer and not an employee’s because one of the other employees stay at I haven’t seen you in a couple days I started worrying about you how have you been. Clean friendly Quality Foods it gets no better than that and it’s only because of the people in there working.
