LaPizzeria Restaurant opened their doors 28 years ago and has been a staple in the Indian Lake community ever since. Jim grew up at Indian Lake and after working in Florida where he met his wife Catalina and later had their daughter. The family has returned to Jim’s roots to run this family friendly business.

Garlic loaf of cheese? Excellent appetizer!! The Marina( marinara) was great. We had a small 12″ pizza. The dough/crust was delicious. The cheese and toppings were thick and so good.

This is my 1st time visiting LA Pizzeria since the new owners have taken over the business. The restaurant itself has been updated, a bar was added and it looks great! The food and service were both amazing, even though the restaurant was busy, our food came out quickly, the food was so good and our server was attentive. I highly recommend visiting La Pizzeria.

Get the crab cakes with the tartar AND the cocktail sauce + get the bone in wings tossed in Carolina Gold sauce with a side of bleu cheese or ranch, thank me later:))

Let’s face it, it’s called La Pizzeria, not La Casa de Pasta. Good and bad…. There is a very limited gluten free option, however the gluten free pizza was at least a 4 star. The pasta, not so much… probably a 2 star. There are 16 tables, 9 were filled while we were there and only 8 take outs were completed in the hour and 20 minutes that we were there but it was almost an hour before our food came out. Our waitress ran around the entire time. I can’t say she didn’t check on us, in fact, she was the best part of our experience. They must be doing some renovation because there was exposed boards and some insulation with hanging tape. Big turn off for me. I’m m hoping it was renovation. It wasn’t “bad” but I don’t know if it’s going to make it into out lake restaurant rotation

Wow! We came to Indian Lake for vacation and because of our Celiac Disease, we planned to cook at our rental. I looked up some reviews and called the restaurant to inquire about GF pizza for us. The pizza chef spoke directly with me and was so kind. They use a different sauce and ladle for GF people, they will open new bags of toppings for you also. The personal 9” is the only size for GF. The pizza is delicious!!!

Lapizzeria is family oriented. Our waitress was very friendly. She good our drink order to us quickly. There is a large menu selection and the waitress gave us the correct amount of time to decide. The peppers, sausage and onion pasta was very tasty. The meal came with an Italian salad and garlic bread. My friend had a ribeye steak that was cook to her liking. The restaurant was clean.

My florentine was flavorless, and what’s worse is they use caned mushrooms.
My husband’s veal parm was also flavorless, not the slightest hint of any seasoning, and they overcooked the veal to a point of shoe leather though they did at least try to hide with an inch of melted cheese. And the sub was so dry and hard we decided To give it to our dog
