Asked for chicken and fries to be a little crispy. Chicken had no taste.and was limp. Fries were terrible…soggy and onlukewarm. This was truly a bad experience. I wiill never buy a chicken box here again. In addition l feel that the price of 18 dollars for a six piece and a half and half is a bit much.

A friend recommended the chicken box. I ordered western fries and a half and half. The western fries weren’t cooked all of the way. That had that uncooked hard taste. I’m used to crunchy on the outside with a cooked and soft inside. I should’ve ordered regular fries, but I’ve been craving western fries. The chicken was okay. It was fried to perfection, but not seasoned well. It looks like it is, until you take a bite. The half and half wasn’t good at all.

I recently visited this establishment, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on my experience. The fish, advertised as a highlight, was a major letdown. The unfresh quality was evident from the first bite – a clear indication that freshness is not a priority here.
The fish was cooked to an unpleasant hardness, almost resembling a texture more suited to chicken. The overall taste was an unfortunate blend of mushiness and can be notably cooked with chicken.
One of the red flags should have been the store display showcasing the fish. PLEASE LOOK AT IT. In hindsight, it was a visual cue to reconsider my dining choice.
Adding to the disappointment, I was surprised to find a charge for the addition of mumbo sauce, an unexpected cost for what should be a basic condiment. Regrettably, this experience has left me with no desire to return. If you value a well-prepared and fresh meal, this might not be the place for you.

This is the worst food that I have ever had! I should have left when I walked in and smelled the burnt grease. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I will stick to Sunny’s. I only tried this place because my nephew raved about it and a few other people, but I know now to stick to what I know is good! I ordered 6 wings, western fried, and a single lake trout 2 piece that had no bread, greasy, and smelled fishy. There was no seasoning on any of it. What a true disappointment and a waste of my hard earned money! Steer clear of this place!!!!

The prices are ridiculous. They are getting over with there food cost. I waited an half hour for my food. The workers barely can explain anything to you. I won’t be coming back I’ll stick to Sunny’s. Just wanted to see if there was the same as when I was younger.

Food was HORRIBLE!! I got shrimp and lake trout. My shrimp was battered in a big ball of batter. It was like a shrimp in a hushpuppy. The shrimp was way over cooked to the point it was rubbery. They got the orders wrong and didn’t want to correct it. Never going back.
