People rave about this place so we gave it a shot. The pizza was burned across the top and the crust was very odd. It was like a crunchy, stale, old biscuit. It was also very expensive. The people were nice but it was no better than any frozen pizza I’ve ever had. We won’t be going back.

I travel all over the country for business and am trying to sample various local pizza places whenever I can.
This king’s in is I have to say one of the best pizza places I have ever tried. The pizza is thin crust, always crisp and never burnt. They have a good amount of sauce and a fair amount of cheese. But what really stands out as the generous amounts of toppings that they put on no pizzas.
I am partial to the Royal pizza, which is pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushrooms. You can see from the photo how the pizza is generously covered with toppings.
They also have a very unique way of packaging Their pizza, which I have never seen before. instead of putting in a box, They cover it with perforated aluminum foil, which helps keep it warm and keeps it from drying out.
I have had their pizza several times over the past year, and it’s always been delicious. I should note that they are only open for carry out. They have never reopened their dine in since the pandemic. Although the website says dine in is available, it is not.
This place is very busy, so it may take a little while to get a pizza, but it is definitely worth the wait. if you call ahead, you will not have to wait. each time I have visited. The crew has been composed of 5 or 6 gentlemen, mostly in their 60s, but they hustle!
If you’re in the area, give this place a try. if you like thin crust pizza with lots of toppings, you will not be disappointed.

Not really sure how to take the dining area being packed full of unused tables and chairs. Definitely no dining in going on here anymore. But the pizza was delicious!!!!! Best I’ve had in a long time!!!!

First and last time going here place has been there forever but never tried it Pizza was okay, guy behind the counter acted like we were a bother for coming in and taking a minute to look at the menu, had an attitude no place to sit place looked like they had just decided to go take out only for the day and didn’t clean the dining area

I drove past this place all summer while visiting the Eden Pool & finally decided to check it out.
Unfortunately when I went, it was takeout only due to short staff.
The pizza itself was huge! I’m a big pizza eater, but even I couldn’t finish this pizza! Gonna have some great leftovers for the next day.
The pizza sauce has a slightly sweet taste to it that makes it stand out for every other local pizza place I’ve been to!
I’ll be sure to stop by here again!

Was in town and wanted to get a pizza at Kings Inn. I have stopped in to eat several times over the years. This time when l got there all of the chairs were stacked on the tables and the dining room was being used as a storage area. When l asked what was going on the gentleman at the counter said since covid it was hard to find people that were willing to work. It’s now carry out only. I decided to order a medium pizza and waited outside for it to be ready. While waiting, a family expecting to eat inside, decided not to because it’s only carry out now. I’m sure Kings Inn has lost a lot of business because of these situations. I would think that at least summer help could be hired, but again, according to the owner/manager ‘no one wants to work’. The manager was nice and apologized but at the rate this business is going now l don’t see it staying open for long.

The two older men who serviced us last night were very sweet and patient as it was our first time coming. All staff seemed nice and seemed to get along with each other which is always a good thing. We came near closing after they’d picked up chairs and mopped. They told us we could pull down chairs to sit while we wait which was nice. Price was decent. We got a small 2 topping and medium 1 topping, 2 side salads, 2 extra ranch, and one fountain drink for $42. But the pizza crust tasted no better than that of a store bought, bake at home pizza. It was comparable to red Barrón. I’d give them business just because they were super nice, but food was mediocre.
A big mention- the small tossed salad is only chunks of lettuce, one thick cucumber slice, and one slice of a tomato with crackers. Would’ve been nice to have more cucumber, or onions, or shredded cheese.

I stop here almost every time I’m in the Eden area. The food is great, staff is nice. The wait time can be long at peak times but I’d say it’s worth the wait. I absolutely love their salad dressings!

The Pizza is the best I’ve ever had next to Bills Pizza… I thought the crust was great and I usually don’t even eat the crust. I love the feel of the restaurant like a Kings Castle, not generic like all other modern restaurants. The owner is a big sweetheart and the staff was friendly as well. The Italian sausage was good as well as the Canadian bacon all the ingredients are good. The dough is fresh, and hand made. This is my new pizza place I wish I would’ve tried eating here 20 years ago as they have been in business 56 years and know what they’re doing!!!! I recommend calling in your order because they’re so popular it may be a wait if you just walk in ,plus everything is made fresh. The dining room was closed so last I checked it was carry out only. Also they have really good ice, the crushed kind!
