Well I’ve have always been a Sonic customer until 2024 when I found out they were adding soy to almost everything. Anyway this was my first visit to this location and I purchased a Coney dog. I’m not sure how it was cooked but the hotdog meat was as if it was cooked in the fryer, hard and overcooked, the bun was soggy. Very disappointed on this trip.

Ordered kids meal they got that right got the 2nd order right but then when it came to the 3rd one I requested a Dr pepper milkshake what do I get nothing I ask the lady she said what was it I told her Dr pepper milkshake she says oksy be right back with that tell me why she come back out with small Dr pepper we ordered no drinks never got the recipe from said worker and when she handed it to me I was like what’s this she walked off never again Russell’s is better

I put my order in and paid. They came up to my window 3 separate times with 3 different orders that were not mine. She came and took my order verbally (even though it was already in the system) and they still managed to get my order wrong. Took almost 30 minutes to get my breakfast, still paid full price, and just to top it off, forgot a straw for my drink. Usually I’m not nasty like this but I have never had an experience like that at any other Sonic location in Kansas.

Cold food… tots were old and absolutely horrible! Asked for no sauce and no pickle..had both. Didn’t even eat most of the food.. the tots were cold and stale..

Pressed the Red button and waited. No body responded. The screen said that the Red button has been pushed and someone would be with me as soon as possible. After 10 minutes(?), the screen must have timed out because it went back to the original welcome screen, and I had to push the button again.

We stopped by here from out of town on Christmas eve on our way to visit friends. Everyone here was courteous and generally cheerful. We had two orders: one a combo meal and the other a bit more complicated variety of menu items. At 2:00 in the afternoon the place was pretty busy. We got our order brought out in less than 10 minutes. They got our order perfect and the food was fresh, hot and delicious. We’ll be coming back!

We have been by here a few times but those few times have been HORRIBLE. We place our order on the app, pull into a car hop lane and they proceed to tell us that they don’t have our order and we have to order and pay again. Excuse me do you want to pay for your meal twice?? Yeah neither do I. And instead of the manager helping us she gave us attitude. The food wasn’t much to write home about either. We ordered burgers and the burgers tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for 3 hours. I couldn’t pay thru the app so I couldn’t get anything we ordered for the half price which is fine but at least make it edible. Do better Sonic. Still haven’t gotten a refund either time and have been charged double. I have learned my lesson and I won’t be back.Very disappointed.
