Definitely the worst Taco Bell in the area. While I was ordering at the drive through, they forced my order and informed me that there was some sort of a “timer” at the window. They asked me about 5 times if I was ready in a 2 minute period. I felt rushed and to make matters worse, the food sucked. They completely skimped out on the portion sizes. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and have no desire to return to this location.

I love it here.They are really nice and friendly.I really recommend this taco bell location to everyone.This place is really nice and clean and it’s really chill and quite if you want to just sit and just have a peacefully meal. The food is always fresh and hot. These people are really generous and always check up on you.You will never have trouble with your order because they always make sure you have everything in your bag.So that’s why I give this place/location a 5 wonderful stars.☺️

Dont order food here. I deliver food and i always avoid picking up from this place for multiple reasons. The night crew workers are not there to work they’re always hanging out outside or in the back, I only see one person in the kitchen working. They’re always complaining about the customers in the drive thru as im standing there waiting for a delivery order, who knows how the food comes out with that attitude. The wait time here is around 20-45min. Just avoid this location i recommend the one on northwest highway, that place has way better management and workers always make the food fresh.

I pre-ordered lunch four times in a row, expecting to simply pick it up upon arrival. Every single time, the food was only prepared after I got there. The wait was always 10 to 25 minutes, which completely defeats the purpose of pre-ordering.
If you can’t or won’t handle advance orders properly, please be honest about it. After four identical experiences, I won’t be coming back for this kind of service. Instead of telling me what I should do, it would be better if you learned how to handle your work properly.

Management has some work to do at this location. While picking up an order for a delivery app, I arrived to a lobby of about 6-8 people already waiting for their orders. 20 minutes later, I was still waiting. I checked in at that point with a staff member for my order name and they told me it would “be a while”. No apology offered or recognition that they were grossly past the time to have the order ready. They didn’t seem to be particularly understaffed, just didn’t have a streamlined process for handling orders in the busy drive thru while helping in-store customers. As a delivery driver, I could have easily completed another order or even 2 in the amount of time I spent waiting for a single order (aka, the management is costing me income). In total, I waited for FIFTY SIX minutes for a non-complicated, 4 item order. Will be avoiding this location like the plague in the future. Needs better training and more set roles for specific tasks.

I would like to speak about Emilio I visited Taco Bell in Palatine with my daughter because of course a teenager loves her Taco Bell. Anyway Emilio was very professional and super nice his customer service skills went beyond my expectations. He made an impact only because I could tell he had pride in his job. Thank you again Emilio for making are night. You deserve everything good coming your way! Taco Bell give this young man some recognition an extra vacation, raise, or bonus because trust me you have a star.

Ordered thru drive thru and the regular size nacho fries portion was really small or they didnt put enough fries in the thing…. and nacho fries seemed old. And they didnt put any napkins in my bag. The cheese for the nacho fries barely had cheese in it too.

Taco Bell is fire. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Manager Angel is nice. They cook the food fresh and ready to eat and they maintain the restaurant clean. Amazing nacho fries. Must come back. 10/10.
