I’d you like Pho this is the place for you! This place has been updated! The decor was nice and also have updated menu. We tried the new passion fruit with jello and it was on a sweet side. I like it less sweet. We all enjoyed our food and bring home left over home.

Food was good in flavor but for a bowl of phõ with brisket, tripe and tendon, it barely had any. I even ordered a side order of beef balls which it says includes 4 and they brought a small bowl with 1 ball cut into 4.
The service was friendly but we did order another bowl (#3 same as before) and they completely forgot. The thing was once I told the gentleman to cancel the other order he got upset and began to act dismissive towards me and my daughter. Honestly I don’t think I’ll be back. Pricey for the lack of meats.

Went there for the first time with my boyfriend and the food was pretty tasty, although the lady that helped us was serious and looked very annoyed/inconvenienced when taking our order, when we had questions, etc. Definitely made the experience a bit awkward and uncomfortable. Despite the lack of friendly costumer service, the place was nice, clean, and had good food.

I gave food 2 because of spring rolls but the noodles soup was grimy taste, the server was very rude and had attitude, we asked about the flavor of tea and took 3 seconds to think she started to sigh and give attitude, I asked for extra lime for my soup she rolled her eyes and her teammate just dropped it on our table, she asked for tip at the end which she doesn’t deserve. I ordered number one pho and number eight I ordered an add-on of shrimp, which was a hefty price got my food ran my errand got home settled in and there was no shrimp. It’s clearly on the receipt ordered but no shrimp so I bit the bullet and learned my lesson not to order from them again

Walking in the atmosphere is very calm and welcoming, the waiters and staff were very friendly and attentive. We both ordered the pho with different brothers to compare the two. She got the vegetarian where’s I got beef broth. Hers had a really decent umami flavor but needed salt(our table was missing as salt shaker) where’s mine had a rich flavor.
Prices were not high for the portion sizes and you were given the option of medium for 12.99 or large for 13.99. We opted for medium and that was more than either one of us could finish.

Many of the reviews here, say that the service here (Magnolia location) sucks! And I would have to totally agree. The food, however, is really good. People have also said they are so confused on what to do when they come in & all you get is someone pointing to an open table. No hello, no smiles, no greeting, no nothing lol. Soooo if you have never been here… Let me give you some tips of what I have learned to do: When you walk in, and see an empty table just go ahead and have a seat. Most of the people that work there, know little to no English, so you will have to rely using your body language and a lot of pointing at the menu. I will post the picture of the menu for your reference lol. You will notice that every table has a number assigned to it… remember your number. When you are done eating, you may or may not get a check from your waiter… if you do great! You will have to take your check to the cashier and let them know what table number you were at. If you don’t have a check, just let them know what number you were sitting at and they will have the check at the cashier desk. So like I (& many others) have said, the service sucks, but the the food is always great & fresh. With that said, Good Luck!!
