omg! i doordashed a pizza and some crazy bread with sauce. I dont know who made that pizza but baby you knew what you was doin! it was hot and delicious! the cheese pull made me scream out loud! the crazy bread was great too. the amount of sauce that comes with the crazy bread is perfect, please never change that!! 10/10

I’m really trying to understand how I can order custom pizza’s with extra sauce, yet get home 30 minutes away and have absolutely no sauce. This has happened multiple times, I complain yet it is still not rectified. Is there a franchise owner or someone affiliated with the store that monitors these reviews?! The sticker on my box literally reads “Sauce: 2X2X” but as you can tell from the picture, there is none!

Update: idk if it’s LC training program (or lack of) but these kids do NOT know how to provide customer service whatsoever. They can’t communicate clearly, they repeat things back correctly and still don’t get it right (which tells me they don’t communicate it to the employees making the food) and it’s just ridiculously pathetic what today’s workforce is and what we have to deal with. I’d be so shocked if my order was ever correct. It’s so frustrating it is maddening! I customize my order everytime eith a simple request. Its NOT HARD AT ALL! and theyre usually accommodating. But today the girl who answered the phone wantd to suggest i buy something else since im customizing my order. (No sauce) Where in the hell did that idea come from???……….. meanwhile, you hoo, Back over here in reality maam!!! …use some common sense!!! Or…. is there such a thing anymore???? Also, there are a couple of employees who appear to be “put out” by my request and I order here every week. But it’s to the point if they can’t simply make a pizza minus one ingredient without screwing it up and making me wait for them to remake, im through with them.

Always hot NEVER ready
Lobby is hotter than a steel playground at recess.
Pizza is never ready even when you order ahead (app or phone, they are inclusive to both having the same amount of wait time as if you had walked into the store and ordered at the counter)
Cheese pizza seemed under cooked, which actually came as a surprise to me considering the wait time on it.
Pepperoni was alright but did have a few over done spots, which is also surprising assuming they went in the oven at the same time.
The crazy bread was short and basically rolled into a ball in the bag, something tasted off about it.
Staff attempted to at least let everyone know, 45 minutes to an hour wait, no matter how you ordered your pizza.
So since the price increase at little Caesars, you can probably get a pizza elsewhere at the same cost.
And probably less of a wait time, with probably a cooler lobby.
It’s unfortunate that the workers have to work in such heat, could be why everything was moving so slow.
Got time to kill and wanna wait in a pizza sauna?

If I could give this place negative stara I would. My husband walked in and ordered 1 hot and ready cheese pizza. The guy said there weren’t any ready so it would be 15 minutes. My husband waited, and waited, and waited. The guy came out of the back and said “we lost your pizza”

Go in to pick up 2 pepperoni pizzas. Then told I can’t pay with a 100 dollar bill. Another words they can’t add and subtract. They just want you to slice your card so they can be lazy and just hand you a receipt.

It’s good as long as you eat it while it’s hot because once it cools down it turns to crap my kids love it though and for $6.49 a pizza You’re definitely getting your money’s worth so like I said hot and ready means hot and ready to eat now otherwise it turns into cardboard. And their employees are kind of probably the bottom of the barrel because they clearly don’t like their jobs they always seem to be in a bad mood or huffy puffy and doen’t matter what location.
