I ordered a brisket bowl, it was good, not especially fantastic but the meat was tender. Garlic fries are yummy but overall, it’s good. A bit overpriced but what isn’t these days. They had an off menu “motherload” bowl for a few bucks more but honestly, regular bowl was plenty. Free cup water available in the fridge above the water bottles and soda. Overall, I’ll go again mostly because my coworkers liked it.

We are so happy that our clients/friends introduced us to the LA Brisket in Artesia. It was a busy day looking at homes and we were all hungry. Luckily we were down the street so we made it in. Of course we had to order the brisket and it did not disappoint. The plate was a hearty portion and it was so delicious. We also ordered a side of their sweet potato fries and were taken aback by the sweet flavor . So delicious. Make sure you make it in and eat it all up.

L.A. Brisket is amazing for a quick casual lunch or dinner. The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and there’s plenty of nearby parking.

I ordered ‘The 101’ sandwich and ‘Sweet Potato’ side. The 101 has garlic aioli, L.A. slaw, gruyere cheese, carmelized onion, brisket, bread, and BBQ sauce. The brisket was tender, easy to chew, and delicious! The sweet potato fries were crispy, coated with sweet syrup, and dessert worthy. I’m looking forward to trying the bowls next time.

I spent $85 on half pound of chicken half pound pulled pork half pound of brisket. This is the worst barbecue spot I have ever been to.let me start by saying the brisket. The brisket is super greasy and lot’s of fat does not taste barbecue at all, the chicken it’s chicken strips and some sort of greasy barbecue teriyaki sauce. No taste all dark meat. Pull pork this is not pull park, again super greasy in some sort of a sauce that does not like barbecue sauce., I don’t know how they got a 4.6 stars, but this is not barbecue location or food. Lucille‘s has better barbecue Texas roadhouse barbecue Compton barbecue truck has better barbecue than this spot. They should be a shame to call it “LA BRISKET “

Food is great, “ALL THE TIME”! First experience with someone with poor customer service but to top it off, he was the cashier. I ordered the strawberry lemonade and he rung it up, $4.39, i handed him a $5 dollar bill and he said, i dont have change. I told him, i have $4.00. He looked at me upset
First of all I had already spent money and waiting for my order just forgot to get a drink while i waited. Correct me if im wrong, $3.00 is cost of lemonade, fyi it shudnt be taxed. Next tax, is only 10.50%. That would have been $3.32. Mind u, i handed him a $5.00 bill and he wudnt take it, i was giving him $4.00 at this point and still over paying. He cud have given me the drink out of courtesy but NO!
HE wanted me to use my card why???????
Are they stealing information????

The brisket is amazing. I always get the taco brisket. My wife gets the loaded brisket fries or sandwich.

This place used to be busy, but seen they changed ownership ots been slow, nit sure why but tje food quality is still the same.

We come once a month amd its never bisy, most of the time its only us and maybe one other customer.

A little pricey but what do you expect if its brisket. But a must try is the tacos. Ask the gentlemen for some grilled jalapeño. So darn good with the tacos.

Best Brisket place in ever tried so far. They specialize in BBQ ribs, brisket and chiken. Food is very good. Sweet potato side is recommended here. Only complain is the old tables that are too narrow in depth where you feel too close to the person front of you. Great place for leat lovers but dark lighting makes you feel sad.
