The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this restaurant in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review.
Atmosphere: Small place, welcoming, and pretty clean for the most part.
Service: Service can vary depending on who takes your order. It goes from acceptable to great.
Food: The menu is not so big but has the right number of items. It makes it easier for the customer to make a choice. I only think it would be great if they indicated on certain dishes the level of spiciness. I ordered the Sunshine Burger and the California Burrito. Both tasted pretty good. Although, the burrito wasn’t bad, it was spicier than I thought. I think the burrito would be a great choice for the those who love spicy food.
Price: Looking at it from my experience and my order, it seems like the prices are a bit high. Talking flavor wise, I think there is room for improvement in order for it to be at the same level of their price bar. Nonetheless, other items on their menu may just do that.

Used to be amazing and everything was crispy. These days it seems like everything, including the salad, is soggy. They need to lay off the pounds of salt and sauce! There used to even be crispy fries but that stopped. Anyway there are some days the food is decent but most days the actual ingredients in even the side dishes are overtaken by salty sauce. Just putting this review up temporarily as a customer who remembers how good it was when it opened! Bring back freshness, crispiness and don’t send out a salad that is more dressing than leaves without warning customers of this gooey concoction they are ordering instead of salad !! Thank you

I am on a quest to try a lot of vegan spots nationwide. This restaurant is in the neighborhood so I had to try it. The cheeseburger and the Brussels sprouts were delicious. I am trying to go vegan/ vegetarian as much as a I can. This restaurant is definitely going on my list of go to vegan restaurants. I only issue with them is that they don’t serve French fries well they didn’t when I was there.

So good and they were so nice! I got a creamsicle slush and a peach burger and the peach burger was also really really yummy and i loved the pretzel bun. I came here earlier like an hour before closing, the cashier was really nice. I feel bad because I forgot to hit “tip” on the machine but they were so accommodating and the food tasted really fresh and they didn’t try to do too much with the vegan stuff as in making it into like ribs or something. will be back

Stumbled upon this place today looking for a lunch spot. So glad I stopped in. Had a delicious veggie burger made from lentils etc, house made! The lunch special is clutch. Get any burger with kettle chips and a can of spindrift seltzer. The gentleman who took my order was super nice and the food was ready in a few minutes.

The name Toad Style was taken from one of the five deadly venoms from that karate flick from back in the day Five Deadly Venoms. It is a vegetarian and vegan place that stays away from the soy! Which is amazing if you are not into to-much of the soy meats.
The store it self looks like a Chinese restaurant in my opinion from the outside. On the inside it is kind of tight but full use of the space with contoured laminated booth seats. A few seats on the outside as well.
The service is great. Very welcoming to all and very helpful with the ordering process. Food is prepared and served within a few minutes depending on how many orders are coming in. They do have take out and delivery services picking up and delivering.
So, the food is just so flavorful and tasty! I enjoyed everything! They also had signs saying they are BYOB! So, plan ahead!
I must make Toad Style a regular in my goto eat spots!

A great casual vegan spot to eat with genuinely kind and amazing service! The burgers are all delicious and seemingly pretty healthy. (Not that you would be able to tell by the taste!) the pickle soup is oddly divine and the orange slush is perfection on a hot day. I’ve been a few times and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. 🙂 highly recommend!
