Today I visited your location to pick up my order. I paid for extra chicken, but when I received my food, it was immediately clear that there was not extra meat included. I have ordered this same meal multiple times before without any issues, so this was unusual.
I went back inside politely to explain the situation, and a manager was called to assist. Instead of listening and resolving the issue professionally, she became argumentative and insisted the portion was correct. She brought out a scale and stated the chicken weighed 6 grams. However, when she reweighed the chicken in a bowl that appeared dirty, it showed 4 grams.
Rather than apologizing or correcting the issue appropriately, she threw my entire bowl in the trash in front of me with an attitude and without any apology. I then had to wait approximately 10 minutes for a replacement bowl. When I received the new bowl, the chicken was undercooked.
Additionally, I observed a roach near the front of the kitchen area. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning.
This experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and food safety concerns do not reflect the standards customers expect. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly.
I would appreciate follow-up regarding this incident.

I have never tried this food before. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. The regular and large sizes have plenty of food. The veggies were fresh and cooked on point. The Chicken Breast Teriyaki Bowl was amazing. The chicken breast was cooked perfectly. The Mad Spicy Tofu Bowl was delicious and well cooked as well. The order of Side Fried Rice was well done as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will continue ordering and eating from here. Thank you for an amazing dinner. Loved it!

Cool and delicious place. 3 different sizes to choose from, which I found really convenient. I usually add a bunch of sauces to everything but no need on this flavorful Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. Simple and modern atmosphere, place and restrooms were clean. I understand now why so many Dash deliveries from here.

Great food and service with a smile. Was very happy with my meal and it was at a great value. The Spicy Chicken and Steak Bowl with Veggies is definitely the way to go! Chicken had a decent spice level and steak was cooked really well. Very enjoyable meal.

Floor is sticky and unclean. Tables were a mess also dirty. Funky smell coming from the soda machine!? Clearly understaffed! There are like 3 people working there (as far as I could see). Crowded atmosphere, food took a long time to come out. Soda tasted terrible! Though, the lady working the register was very sweet.

I have eaten here several times, with my family. My kids almost BEG us to take the drive from Riverview to this location, they love the food so much. I order the Orange Chicken bowl with Yakisoba noodles, and as usual, it is delicious. The Agave Vanilla Cream Soda is soooo good. We never have to wait, and there’s never a long line, in which to order. Thank you TM, I only wish you had a closer location to Riverview. Keep it up.

I had no idea this place existed but needless to say when it comes to any kind of Japanese infused food I always order here! The food is so fresh, the portions are more than enough and the staff has excellent customer service! I recommend this place to everyone I know even strangers! Yummy food and a great Sunday special where kids eat free w/ purchase of an adult entree.
My one area where I’ll be critical in is the lack of speed in the kitchen. I wish it were quicker all the way around. Lots of folks waiting around as one bowl comes out at a time. I found this to be the case at other Teriyaki Madness locations too, not just this one.
I hope it’s possible for them to somehow speed things up in the kitchen in the future. More personnel seems like the quick fix?

Super easy, quick pick up place! I always stop here for lunch when I’m working and I have limited time. Food is always good. I always get the Tofu teriyaki bowl with edamame and it’s always good! Staff is also always kind and friendly!

I typically actually really like this place but this is the second time my food has been almost not edible. The first time I couldn’t eat at all it had so much teriyaki sauce on it I just had to throw the whole thing away, this time, all my rice is one big ball of mush, I can’t even get it to separate. How does that happen when you’re know for chicken and rice? You should be able to tell when making the bowl that the rice is way over cooked and not to serve it to people but I guess when it’s a to go order it probably doesn’t matter to them or the service industry in general is just disappointing, they don’t care what it looks or tastes like as long as their not eating it.
