Reviews
We recently had the pleasure of dining at this upscale restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in from the beach in our flip flops and casual attire, we were treated like royalty. The service was top-notch, and our bartenders were friendly and attentive as we enjoyed drinks at the bar while waiting for our table.
The wine selection was impressive, and we loved that they offered complimentary tastings. Our server was knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect pairing for our meal.
*Appetizers:*
– *Lobster Bisque*: This was my favorite! Rich, creamy, and packed with fresh lobster flavor.
– *Scallops*: Cooked to perfection, but the combination of pickled onions and bacon bits added a unique twist. It was an interesting mix of flavors that worked surprisingly well.
– *Cauliflower with Macnut Crust*: Oh wow! The cauliflower was cooked to tender softness, and the crunchy macnut crust added a delightful texture.
*Main Course:*
– *Local Catch Trio*: This dish was a highlight! With lobster, shrimp, and ahi tuna, it was a seafood lover’s dream. The asparagus was tender, and the pesto and chipotle sauces complemented the dish perfectly.
*Dessert:*
– *Crispy Sugar Coat with Blueberries*: This dessert was a sweet finale to our meal. The crispy sugar coat added a nice crunch, and the fresh blueberries were perfectly sweet. Paired with a cup of freshly brewed Kona coffee, it was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.
*Overall:*
This restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way. The service was impeccable, the food was creative and delicious, and the atmosphere was elegant yet approachable. We appreciated that the dress code was casual and welcoming, making it a great spot for a night out after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!
*Tips:*
– Come hungry and be prepared for a multi-course meal.
– Ask your server for wine pairing recommendations – they’re knowledgeable and happy to help!
– Don’t miss the lobster bisque and local catch trio – they’re must-try dishes!
Service was great and friendly. Will definitely go again in the future.
I did add salt because it was starving for it. If the steak had more salt and a stronger sear, it would’ve been a five. The house red and the sides were good.
The place is surrounded by fishnet, likely to keep the birds out, though it comes with an obstructed view you’ll notice in any pictures you take. Overall, a decent place, but sorry to say: not one I’m particularly excited to revisit.
Kai provided excellent caring and detailed service along with Katie, the manager. All together, it was a perfect evening and delicious meal!
The service was wonderful, and the restaurant has a nice ambiance.
There is a kids menu which was well priced for the price point of the restaurant.
Overall, a delicious meal.
We came for dinner with the reservation. The server was great, good presentation also decent, tasted 4/5. Good variety of spicy and more neutral dishes. We liked Quiora better.
