I make a point to visit Danu Cellars at least once a year. I live about an hour away, and it has been worth the drive EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The food is incredible! There are small surprises included throughout your evening (amuse bouche, pallet cleanser, truffle, etc) that make you feel so special. The service has been top notch every time I have gone. The price you pay for the quality of meal is worth every penny. I would recommend Danu Cellars to everyone.

I can’t recommend Danu Cellars enough after dining here on the opening night of their 2025 season. The atmosphere is incredible, with comfortable seating, beautiful decor, and stunning architecture. The service was spectacular, with our server going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Finally, the food was a 10/10 with every bite somehow surpassing the last. Quality ingredients that were perfectly prepared, thoughtful presentation, and several unexpected treats throughout the meal. We were thrilled with everything we had. We’re already planning our next meal here!

We celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Danu Cellars at Dark Horse Estate Winery, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was warm and attentive, and every dish we tried was beautifully prepared and delicious. I especially enjoyed their in-house wine, which paired perfectly with the meal. I also appreciated their use of local produce – it really elevated the freshness and flavor of each dish. Highly recommend for a special evening out, and we would love to return again!

We had an incredible, unexpected five star dining experience in Grand Bend at Danu Cellars this holiday break. We heard the winery had opened a restaurant, but had no idea we’d be in for such a high end experience! Our waiter Andrew was a seasoned pro. The restaurant itself is cozy but upscale, the menu approachable fine dining.
Little touches didn’t go unnoticed – polished service from Andrew, palate cleansers between courses, mint chocolate smoothies with the bill. We’re from KW, and have less than a handful of restaurants this calibre in the region.
The pork chop and scallops were standouts, but everything was fantastic. Support this new Grand Bend gem while they’re in their infancy! We’ll be back soon 🙂

Outstanding service. Very nice ambiance. Appetizers were terrific. Minor fumble in that my steak was overcooked, but this was immediately corrected.
The only other (minor) issue was the amount of salt in the au jus; but otherwise, we really enjoyed our dining experience.

This was one of the best meals I have ever had. My expectations were beyond exceeded and Danu Cellars is easily one of my top three favourite restaurants. I am just sad we did not go sooner! I cannot wait to go back. Absolutely recommend and if I could give them 10 stars, I would!!!!!

What a great spot! We had such a wonderful experience celebrating our friend’s anniversary at Danu Cellars. The atmosphere, food and service cannot be beat. In a world where dining out has often lost its specialness- Danu cellars provided a dining experience – the way it should be.
Atmosphere: The modern/rustic dining room has a beautifully unique atmosphere in the cellar of the winery with a view to the wine barrels. The restaurant is just the right size to feel comfortable (and hear yourselves speak.)
Service: The service was impeccable. Jaimie was so professional and attentive. A few glasses of bubbly for the celebrating couple and some special additions throughout the meal elevated our experience.
Food: Then of course the food. Spectacular. Home made breads, fresh seafood, seasonally featured ingredients, all cooked to perfection and plated with creativity, heart and care.
Wine: The wine was excellent. We enjoyed 2 bottles of the Cab Franc. I’m certainly no sommelier but our party of 6 agreed it was smooth, balanced and truly enjoyable with our entire meal.
We are thrilled to have this calibre of dining only 45 mins from our home and are looking forward to our next visit.

I almost hesitate to post this review because this place is SO good I don’t want it to get busy
Stopped in today for the first time to eat for brunch – and WOW! The ambiance is incredible, and the food was bursting with so many flavours. They were able to accommodate a gluten sensitivity which is always appreciated.
Great service, great menu, very comfortable chairs (so good I had to mention). Excellent place for a special meal with friends or loved ones. Will definitely be returning!
